And “calling out vs calling in” - best to understand why someone has their views to see if a misunderstanding instead of hate. Great speech and video.
The past: Hiring people best qualified with some prejudice. The future: Diversity quotas, hiring people almost entirely based on skin color while discriminating against one race that used to make up the majority of the country it built.
