Latest update (3 days ago) - There is are separate entry gates for each apartment (Urban & City). People mostly use common entrance because of convenience. It is better to first visit the site and make conclusions on UA-cam.

These are issues related to maintenance 1. Water logging on roof top, bring clear its by manual effort 2. No gate stairs roof, many time make complaints 3. Many holes into stairs strip adjoining points, always risk of snake etc 4. Plastering of front and back side, Infact very poor Plastering indoor/outdoor 5. Very slow outflow of waters in bathroom, kitchen due to water storage tank just mounted at on rooftop, there must be gaps of height almost 20 feet. 6. Frequently electricity outage despite of prepaid meter i.e advance payment of electricity charges 7. Water leakage into ground floor tank The above is mostly needed.

@ pankaj Malhotra there is protest going on by residents of low rise buildings of all sectors with Aditya Builder group and their representatives here for high maintenance charges which are paid by residents but not getting any valuable service. Flats Conditions are bad, poor security in lanes, no proper street light arrangements, park maintenance, electricity etc, recently there was life threatening mishaps avoided by a resident family due to theft.which due to no proper security provided by builder in low rise areas and to suppress the protest local person appointed by Mr. JAIN are dealing with gaurd with gun to threat and engage in any fight to hinder the protest.
