Given all the pro-level features this light has, it's not exactly prosumer anymore. This light can be considered as an actual professional fixture. Even if you are a gaffer. I think that is what his comment was about.
@@mabitzz9484 Well I did. Of course the vast majority of lights used on bigger "professional" sets are Arris, dedos, jokers, molebeams, kinoflos, etc. But more and more gaffers are in fact switching to led fixtures like these or at least adding them to their arsenal. Aputure is probably the most popular brand to touch and slowly enter the professional market. But I guess there's always gonna be some kind of gatekeeping. "How in the world can this or that be considered professional?!" Pretty annoying discussion if you ask me. These products get better every day. I'm pretty sure we're gonna see them a lot more even on higher budget productions in the future.
I think my choice will be based on power, colour accuracy and ability to use bi-colour - I think I'll probs end up going with Nanlite.
Any chance of a follow up video???
Thanks so much for sharing!!!
