I was hoping to hit some dunes before it got to cold and stretch the turbo out. I may try to head south sometime soon.

I ride at 8k+ ft elevation.
Having a turbo at those elevations makes a huge difference
Almost a 5 second improvement! That’s pretty huge.
After I got the clutches dialed in it’s even better. Should really re dragy it.

Great info as usual. Your very exacting with all you do and it is appreciated by someone who has a technical background. Having a G4 on oder one mod will be the soft doors. I’ve heard so many bad things about them, and very few goods. What’s your opinion on OEM vise aftermarket. Thanks for your time.
I’ll take the Polaris uppers over all the aftermarket ones as of now. Bestop makes them and the quality is better than the rest in my opinion. Thanks for watching.
How much tweeking to your clutch setup did you do. Be interesting to see this against a similar hp factory machine. Maybe like a x3 120
I found a video on sxs blog from base mode before they added power the did a dragy for comparison and from factory his 120hp x3 was around 6.8sec. So you seem to be close.
On your 0-60 it sounded like your rpm’s flared up in the beginning or was I hearing things? If not you might gain more there
Whats the difference after the turbo? hp, nm, max speed?

Did you have problems getting those red O-rings and for the fuel injector I cannot get mine in for the life of me?
They were tough and and I called force. I used just a touch of oil to lube them.
Hey man, just wondering how many miles are on her since the turbo install, how’s she holding up? Pros/cons?
Probably under 1,000 miles but it’s holding up great so far.
What rear bumper is that? Any modifications required to clear the turbo?
Thumper fab rear bumper. No mods to clear it but it’s close.
Scared to hold for any period of time?
No not at all. I just watch the temps.
Not enough room in my yard. It get out of hand real fast with speed.
