For those who struggle with fruits or vegetables, I recommend eating a fruit bowl or a fruit salad!! And it's completely okay to eat unhealthy foods! Just make sure you exercise and eat something healthier after!!
How to incorporate these glow tips into a daily/weekly routine to look good every day:
~°•Morning routine•°~
NOTE: i didn't add it but shower either in the morning or at night, your preference.
-Brush teeth
-Skin care : cleanser, toner, serum, facial massage with serum for glowy skin, moisturizer, spf(you can massage your face with a moisturizer instead if you don't have serum or if you rather massage with a moisturizer)
~you can adjust the skincare to your liking~
-Fix your brows in a way that makes you look good e.g. brush them
-Take care of your lips(keep them moisturized and if necessary exfoliate lips)
-Use some makeup if you'd like
-Style your hair or tidy it up for the day
-Wear a cute outfit that makes you feel confident and look good!
-Remember to keep your nails neat
-Make sure to drink water(through out the day as well)
-Eat a healthy breakfast(ideas: oats,fruit,toast and avo/eggs, etc.)
-Try to incorporate studying into your routine
(For the rest of the day: complete what needs to be done, try eating a healthier lunch and make sure to workout, you can workout at any time of the day! Consider doing atleast one thing that makes you happy)

I tried yogurt and honey with a pinch of turmeric and it did went well I felt okay I drank water then I tried honey like honey from a market store and my face turned red as hella and it got itchy and stuff my face have a lot of bumps and all I’m asking is for help u know the best from skincare homemade stuff I guess my glow up is ruined :(
oh no, maybe you had an allergic reaction to something or you have very sensitive skin. I'm not a dermatologist but my advice is to not put anything but water on your face until it clears up. Also never use that combination on your skin again. I'll do a video on some natural face moisturizers and hopefully one will help you feel pretty again ♡♡

Staying well hydrated by drinking the recommended water intake helps your skin to get clean and healthy drinking water can also help flush toxins out of tour body from eating all that fast and fried food giving you a less bloated look it's also possible to lose a few pounds when you drink a lot of water if you honestly can't drink water plain you can always spice it up by adding lemons strawberries or oranges cucumbers or even mint if you can't remember to drink your water how about getting a cute aesthetic water bottel that you never want to put down and you always want to carry it around with you or you can set alarms on your phone at different times throughout the day as a reminder

We all know this but eating healthier does so much for your body inside and out healthy food isn't boring as its shown there are many ways to make nutritious foods like vegetables fruits lean protein and nuts look and taste better whenever you're having a snake or meal trying adding a side of vegetables or instead of buying a cheeseburger how about having a chicken salad or a baked potato here are some more nutritious vitamin rich foods to add to your meals Remember to not include any foods you are allergic to.

I think the only point i would argue here is everyone saying to exfoliate the lips! Lips don’t have a stratum corneum: a protective layer that the rest of our skin has to help with moisture content. I don’t recommend lip balms and lip glosses because they dry out your skin. It’s better to use Vaseline consistently throughout the day and then slug your face at night with a thick layer of Vaseline.

hi, well you could try switching out nuts with sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, chia or flax seeds, and you could also try nut -free granola, which is basically oats with honey, raisins, cranberry, the seeds I listed above, plus other healthy ingredients. ♡♡

hi, I'd say around 12 or 13 would be a good age. Girls usually start puberty by then and sometimes before. But, please stick to a simple routine and try to use more natural products and not the expensive ones filled with chemicals ♡♡

I want to add some more for that girly girl 💌if you massage you're head daily with some relaxing instrument will gonna help you so much then sleep for 20-15 min along with the instrument and after head massage (special instruction) chinese utensils relaxing music not a music it's just an sound . If you want to lose weight avoiding potato is much I'm telling avoiding potato is much i use to be 75kgs at beginning then in 2018 i was 56kgs within 2-3months also avoid sugar and i had completely cut off meats and chocolate and junk food at that time🌷. Idk about almond but my relatives had gain so much weight just because she used to eat alot of almond
