      Well, if you want gain weight,
      first tip that to gain weight you shouldn't just eat more unhealthy food. It's just can give you a problems with stomach and etc and you can not only gain weight but also start look more plump.
      Second tip. To gain weight you should do workout! Not pilates, some workout for abs and strength workout, muscles also add weight, that is, if you were underweight, you can gain weight at the expense of muscles! In addition, when muscles appear, mass is added, but there are no special changes in the body, you can look the same thin but with a good weight, etc.

      Consult a doctor you will work with throughout the year and who will check your bloodwork and overall health at least one every quarter, then :
      1. Avoid "dirty bulks" if you want a lasting and healthy weight gain. You wouldn't want to get sick durong your journey.
      2. Find out your daily metabolic needs according to your lifestyle and ethnicity, and try to find recipes that you love and which put you above that calorie count. You need to feed the muscles you are going to build, if you don't do it your body will find that energy in the ressources it already has and you might get even thinner. Try to learn several recipes that are filled with good nutrients and calories because your skin, mind, gut and emotions need it. Please do it with a doctor following you since calorie counting is an amazing way to track your health and bodily needs in terms of food and nutrition, especially in sport, but it's sadely also how a lot of eating disorders start so be careful. Beauty is not worth endangering yourself.
      3. Build MUSCLE mass. It's the real (healthy) key to shaping your whole body, that is why you see so many celebrities and fitness influencers training with weights. It takes more time to build than fat layers but it's also healthier and it helps you works on your discipline. Finally, avoid gaining "useless" fat (or fat for the sake of it) since unless you are in a deficit in that area it might slow your metabolism altogether and/or not get evenly distributed throughout your body. Increasing that type of fat also indicates that you are not consuming the right amount of nutrients for your body or that you are not exercising enough.
      4. Be patient and don't give up. You might see results in a year or a year in a half, not three weeks so ignore the feelings of impatience and wishes to give and and stick to the plan. Your reward is coming.

      To Lose weight you should do some pilates every morning because sport in the morning before you eat helps you too lose weight easier. If you Arena still in your teenage years you may shouldnt go on diets because it has a bad influence on your health. I also wanna lose weight so I go on walkings every day for around 30 minutes. I hope these tipps are helping because they helped me❤

    Can someone tell me what skin type I have please 😭 bc my skin doesn't like any type of moisturizer, or toner 😭 and it doesn't like sunscreen 😭 trust me, I tried every product, my skin don't like those 💀

      oily near the nose and on forehead : oily , your skin BURNS when you put anything : sensitive , flaky near cheeks and mouth + nose : dry , if all : combination, for oily skin find products that cleanse properly , for sensitive skin find gently but good cleansing products (and a light cream) , for dry skin get moisturising products with heavy moisturiser. for combination skin.. IM SORRY I DONT KNOWW 😭

      @hanaxo1_o literally just described my whole skin type😭, it's tight as hell when I first wash it, but after a while, my skin is back to normal, but I tried using moisturizer and my skin just breaks out more😭,
