To Lose weight you should do some pilates every morning because sport in the morning before you eat helps you too lose weight easier. If you Arena still in your teenage years you may shouldnt go on diets because it has a bad influence on your health. I also wanna lose weight so I go on walkings every day for around 30 minutes. I hope these tipps are helping because they helped me❤

oily near the nose and on forehead : oily , your skin BURNS when you put anything : sensitive , flaky near cheeks and mouth + nose : dry , if all : combination, for oily skin find products that cleanse properly , for sensitive skin find gently but good cleansing products (and a light cream) , for dry skin get moisturising products with heavy moisturiser. for combination skin.. IM SORRY I DONT KNOWW 😭
