I love lavender so happy to see the lavender buttercream. I have an old recipe for a lavender cake incorporating the flowers, but I never made it and it's not vegan. I'm sure this cake is delectable with the fresh fruit combinations and specialist jam, it certainly looks so. I like the idea of the specialist jam sweetened with maple syrup, pity It's not available in my country. My favourite jam is the French brand sweetened only with fruit juice. I also have a local marmalade made with ginger and spiced rum. Thank you for your fabulous vegan cakes.
Thankyou! Omg I almost cut that part out completely ~ my idea was for a Country Cottage Trellis & I thought it looked more like a chain link fence fit for a pit bull! LOL I normally make 7" slightly taller cakes sio this "trellis" was more for that sized cake! But I guess it's OK! LOL I plan to make a short video where I show how easy to make this! Stay tuned! It's my birthday weekend though (the BIG 5-0 !!) So Ill get back to it next week!

Coming by Friday! (It was my 50th birthday on Sunday and I got a surprise visit From my sister from New Jersey needless to say I’ve had to put away my cameras & filming & editor for a few days! 🤩🥳 She’s leaving tomorrow so I’ll be back to my regular schedule by Thursday)
