I think, Farah, if you haven’t started already- you should start memorising Qura’n. Farah, it’s a whole different level of spirituality, of happiness and peace. It only takes discipline and a pure intention- I swear Allah makes it so easy for you, I finished it while studying my law degree, a 22 credit hours per semester, and my results in university only improved. Alhamdulillah. This is for anyone who’s waiting for a sign, set your intentions today and start- start slow, start small, and you’ll feel the earth rolling beneath you.
Being a Muslim I didn't know that the Kaaba is right under the throne of Allah? Like literally - and the angels circling the skies? I didn't know about that and then it's us circling the kaaba.. This is so beautiful, thank you for this information.

Directly above the Bayt al-Ma’mur is the throne of Allah (swt). 70,000 Angels visit Bayt al-Ma’mur to worship & pray every single day, who never return. Bayt al-Ma’mur is welcomed by a new legion of 70,000 Angels everyday, which puts into perspective the massive number of the Angelic population that exists compared to humans on earth. The Angels come to Bayt al-Ma’mur to offer their salah (prayer) and once they are done, they leave to never return. They are then followed by another group of 70,000 angels who pray and leave; this cycle will continue until the Day or Resurrection. Allah (swt) mentions Bayt al-Ma’mur in Surah at-Tur. I’m crying with you thank you for this Farah, I love what angels said to Allah after they understood that they were wrong… لا علم لنا الا ما علمتنا. You reminded me of my grandma who passed away, who kept her beautiful hijab until the day she died, she talked about Mecca and when she talked about it she would sing what we Kurdish people call a dengbej which is a heartfelt, melancholic and melodic way of expressing your emotions and telling your story that comes about when you are too overwhelmed by your emotions. Cried along with you my sister mashallah, my second emotional moment of the day... I was having tear jerking moment with older sister morning thinking and contemplating Allah swt over video call and this my second emotional moment, it cleanses my heart and soul, letting it out infront of Allah swt, I am soo weak, but love needying Him (swt) the feeling and connection is beyond words can describe....like people tell me I am oppressed as muslim woman, but how can explain the connection and love and sakinah tranquility I get from worshipping Allah swt, then when He (swt) my beloved says me to wear the hijab, I feel like running towards Him (swt) in obedience, this religion has bought me soo much contentment and tranquility and peace, its like oxygen for me and the west are trying to take my oxygen away.....its very difficult to sum up what this hijab and Islam means to me, its everything and its for free... I went Umrah in March (family funded it), the yearning is coming again and my husband going again alhamdullah, I am going their again and this time with our own money, being there you have awe moment, tingling sensation all over my body, such a lovely beautiful feeling...I dua Allah swt keeps bring me their seriously, feels like my home, I want to move their very badly, I know its not going to be perfect but the Kaaba as my local mosque would be well worth it. Forever wearing my burka

This really is my favourite episode from your podcasts, idk why I keep coming back to this. It just exudes positivity and sincerity from your heart, Farah.
I love your podcast. In the Bible, when Hagar (Hajir) goes into the wilderness an Angel comes to her and its the first time an Angel appears in physical form in the Bible. I didn't know this was a part of Umrah.
Yes it is a part of umrah and even part of "Hajj" ....and Hajj is more important than umrah, and it is one of the five pillars of Islam and it is mandatory for every capable Muslim
Allah revealed to Ibrahim that he should take Haajar and the infant Ismaa’eel and take them to Makkah. So he took them and left Haajar and her child Ismaa’eel in a bleak, isolated place in which there was no water, then he left them and went back to Canaan (Parts of present-day - Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Israel and Palestinian territories). Haajar said to him, 'For whom are you leaving us in this forsaken valley?' But Ibrahim went and left her, and she said, 'Has Allah commanded you to do this?” He said, 'Yes.' She said, 'Then Allah will not cause us to be lost.' Abraham submitted to the command of his Lord and patiently bore the separation from his wife and child. Then he turned towards where they were at the Sacred House and prayed for them in the following words (interpretation of the meaning): 'O our Lord! I have made some of my offspring to dwell in an uncultivatable valley by Your Sacred House (the Kaaba ('Cube') at Mecca) in order, O our Lord, that they may perform As-Ṣalāt. So fill some hearts among men with love towards them, and (O Allah) provide them with fruits so that they may give thanks' Qur'an, Ibraaheem 14:37 Because of the scarcity of water in the desert, it was not long before both mother and son suffered immense thirst. Thus, Hagar ran between the Safa and Marwa hills in search of water for her son. After the seventh run between the two hills, after calling out, she saw an angel at the place where the Zamzam water well now stands. It was Angel Jibril (as), and he was digging the earth with either his heel or his wing. Hajar (as) was amazed to see water flowing out of the earth! She raced down to the valley and started pushing the earth around the water to make a basin, and then she filled up her water-skin with her hands. As she scooped up the water, it continued to flow, so she said ‘Zome, zome’, which meant ‘Stop, stop’ - as she was worried the water would run out. The well was subsequently named Zamzam, and become a holy source of water. Hagar is honoured by Muslims as a wise, brave and pious woman. The incident of her running between Al-Safa and Al-Marwah hills is remembered by Muslims when they perform their Ḥajj (major pilgrimage) at Mecca. Part of the pilgrimage is to run seven times between the hills, in commemoration of Hagar's courage and faith in God as she searched for water in the desert (which is believed to have then miraculously appeared from the Zamzam Well) and to symbolize the celebration of motherhood in Islam. To complete the task, some Muslims also drink from the Zamzam Well and take some of it back to their homes.

As always your words touch my heart in a way that very few people could ❤
I've just started watching your videos recently and I must say the peace that you talk about, its real and so beautiful. I've been to makkah twice in my life, and even tho I was much younger the peace that I felt there was unmatched to anything that I've felt before. I literaly cried when I came home again. It literally felt like I lost a piece of myself. Watching you now brings back so many good memories from that time lol Im crying again😂.
You're so funny also, in the midst of crying you mention the odours of others. Its 100% facts what youre saying😂. Lets make duah we all go back soon again Insha'Allah Ameen❤❤❤❤
I wish you could find peace like farah 😊❤
What a bless has been finding this channel. May God keeps you giving the strength and light to put your words on the name of truth. For all of us who believe in the power of love and wisdom I am sure day by day we will be more and more. Your work has given me a lot of new perspectives on how to approach my sense of self here in the world and inspiration to keep opening the discussion about nowadays topics on my society in the name of love and light so we all as human kind can reach the point of dialogue with respect.
Sending lots of love, sister 💕 Barak-Allahu feeke
Haajar said to him, 'For whom are you leaving us in this forsaken valley?' But Ibrahim went and left her, and she said, 'Has Allah commanded you to do this?” He said, 'Yes.' She said, 'Then Allah will not cause us to be lost.'
Abraham submitted to the command of his Lord and patiently bore the separation from his wife and child. So fill some hearts among men with love towards them, and (O Allah) provide them with fruits so that they may give thanks' Qur'an, Ibraaheem 14:37
Because of the scarcity of water in the desert, it was not long before both mother and son suffered immense thirst.
I swear... I was in Makkah 2 weeks ago and thought about you (for whatever reasons) while making tawaaf.

May Allah swt guide us all Ameen ❤️🤲
”Stop wearing the sane thing every time”
Like, no, do wear the same thing every time, because that gives off the same comfort as childhood cartoons where they did wear the same clothes EVERY episode, and it made us focus on the topics at hand, rather than what the characters were wearing.
may allah never let us slip our feet through the truth🫶🏻

Part of the 'aqeedah (belief) of Ahl as-Sunnah wa'l-Jamaa'ah is to believe that Allah, may He be exalted, rose above His Throne (in a manner that befits His Majesty); His Throne is above His heavens; and He, may He be glorified, is not encompassed by any of His creation. Let's all ask a teacher about this, on where the Throne is located, Allah knows best ❤❤
I had just finished my ummrah when this showed up😭
