@Jacob M Wrong, there is a lot more to it. I don't understand why everyone thinks "just play objectives" is always the key to winning....its not. Lucid did his part well he was locking down Enemy team more effectively than his other teammates. So they should of adapted to the situation and played the ball while Lucid had the enemy team down on death timers.
Everyone has a part to play, and people seem to forget that and want to have a fking dick measuring contest summed up as "who's the better killer" and that's the wrong way to play.
@@Sexually_Vayne wrong. He didn’t do his job, otherwise he would’ve won. 15 seconds with the ball in 3 rounds is pathetic. Plus he’s playing with randoms and not communicating with them, so how could there be “parts to play” if they were never determined?
Lucid is the one participating in a dick measuring contest by only going for kills and not protecting the carrier at all
Nope I’ve seen the teammates just trying to get kills instead of getting ball. To play objective you need to control the map first to push the enemy team back while whoever has ball keeps on scoring.
@Krow yeah that's pretty much what I was trying to explain above to this kid, lucid was having the enemy team locked on death timers so his team should of took advantage of the map pressure and held the ball.
There was one guy that was baiting the ball so bad while everyone is fighting, instead of getting some 10-20 seconds of hold
the game play with the grenades at 3:02 is just magical and I can't stop watching it.

And I just love the csr system. "Oh man, you should've contributed more to help your team. -10 CSR"
Halo predicts if you should win or lose a game based on your skill, your team and your rivals. If the game thinks you should win and you lose you get -9 -10 CSR, if the game thinks you should win and you win, you win little csr.
You can see your predictions and how you did based on that in halo waypoint.

But it gets to the point where regardless how well you play even if you absolutely outperform what was expected but still lose you're losing at minimum 5 CSR. Shoot these days even if you lose 3 teammates and lose the game (which you will) you're still losing CSR.

@@ElAntrodeAzorGames nah, it's a problem even on diamond: I can drop 10k damage, 30+ kills and get +8/-8 regardless, same if I end up on the lowest point of my team.
People asked for W/L gainings instead of performance based, people asked for csr team builder, that's what they asked for.
its not based on the predictions of winning or losing but how much CSR you have in relation to your overall skill (MMR). He is a top 10-20 player in MM ranked so his CSR is at the maximum end of what is being achieved right now, thus his CSR is outstripping his MMR and his loses will hurt him more until his CSR drops below a certain threshold.

A part my level of skill is 1% of Lucid, It happens to me very often in non ranked matchmaking: Me and 3 very noobs vs 4 low-medium level players. Even if I drop 35 kills, victory is not guaranteed bc my teammates don't exist 😂

I need a Lucids Lesson on how to play (and win) with some of the worst players. This matchmaking is absolutely screwing me over almost every game, its soo discouraging.
I’m losing so many games even when I have 20+ kills and less than 10 deaths. Ridiculous. Teammates going 1-15
Don’t forget the algorithm of ranked where it manipulate you to stay at a certain rank even if you slayed like crazy

he did hold the ball, but someone needs to slay in order to buy you time. people need to immediately think aqbout how they are going to get the ball in their hands ASAP. Instead, people stand still and reload while there is 3-4 dead, you will have time to reload after you grab the ball and rotate it to a set up.
In competitive halo 1 guy is supposed to hold the ball while the slayers slays.

People say Lucid blames people all the time.... there's a reason why, look at this gameplay , he's destroying them and they still lose. Like how bad fo you have to be to drop the ball that hard holy shit.
on the one hand Lucid is right and I understand it, on the other he doesn't consider that there are people who work and some also do heavy work, perhaps they connect for the passion of the game but not every day they manage to perform well, they are not always mentally fresh. He and the pros don't work in fact their job is to play and train all day long it's different. You can't expect them to do the things you can do, Lucid was stronger than all, but the opponents weren't bad at all, they were good he's another level but for his teammates it wasn't easy one of them got more than 50 kills. Lucid is right to complain but at the same time he doesn't have it.

They don't have to get 50 kills they just have to take the opportunity and get ball time, capitalize on lucids kills. It's bot that hard to pick up a ball and they weren't doing that.

4:12 I'm telling you the game is rigged, too many circumstances of weird and suspicious spawns even when your team is set-up, I swear to God I have been in 1v1s where I'm exchanging fire with an enemy and they get a friendly spawn ON THAT SAME EXACT SPOT, absolutely insane.
