- A unique travel vlog with the Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 Using Trip Machine Company Expedition Saddle Bags. Our destination is Bangkok. We spend a day at the Thai Wake Board Park in Bangkok. Stay in the Hopp Inn Hotel franchise. Visit the Royal Enfield |show room and buy some parts. We even buy a car in Bangkok and drive it 900km to Chiang Rai in the North of Thailand. Join me and my Thai wife of over 20 years on our weekend expedition.

Very nice family trip for you and us to see. 👍🤟to that fairing on the blue Supermeteor. That's one of my favourite colours of the model. Good going on the shared drive on the way home all 600 miles or so. The fact that your helmets were still there let alone the bike is amazing to us in the UK. As you will probably understand.
I will try and put the railing details in the description over the next few days. The other thins about here, are that helmets are cheap, compared to UK. I was shocked of the prices last time I visited and saw they were over £350, for something similar to my flip top. Here I paid £50. Helmets are certain,y safe to leave on a bike. Yes, agree about 'nice' pannier bags! Trying to match up Vulcan S with nice leather is much more difficult here in the UK!

@@Teacher-T-Thailand Thank you, my scrooge/practical self will not allow those superb creations to be possibly damaged/stolen so something will be cobbled-up! Had a Meteor 350 for a short while and enjoyed the fact that so many Indian artisans jumped on the band wagon and sold good cheap add-ons!

I saw that Mrs Flyer (The Missenden Flyer's wife) has just got her motorbike licence. Maybe it's time for Mrs T to get her licence too? Then we can watch you both on your own bikes. I think the pretty new Royal Enfield Meteor 350 Aurora might be a good choice for Mrs T.
She already has her licence. And the funny thing is she liked the Hunter in the showroom in Bangkok. And suggested I should buy one for her. The thing is I still think it's still too tall and heavy for her. But that 400 cc Chinese Bobber I saw in Bangkok would be perfect 🤣
