i think your caliper mount torque specs might be @ 130 newton meters instead of foot pounds. so that would be @ 98 foot pounds. double check your units of measurement so you are not confusing ft-lbs for n-m

Owners manual says 100 ft lbs so you'd be right

are you sure it is 130 Ft-lbs the torque? this is quite high.
you forgot to open the brake fluid cap off so youre not fighting system pressure to push the caliper back in
