As a college student seeing this I’m really worried 😟
Stay away from the protests. Be ambiguous. You need to know what you believe in and sometimes be quiet. I would never be on the Palestinian side, as they killed US citizens and holding them hostage. You need to know when to keep a low profile.
Be ambiguous, do not follow the crowd.
The fact that the ones who organized this aren’t even student raises MANY questions:
Who are they?
Who funded them?
What purpose was this for?
They're muslim, most muslims are for palestine and they will obviously fight for their religion.
Who are they? Terrorists and terrorist sympathizers
Who funded them? Soros
What purpose was this for? Chaos
Qatar and the same people who funded the BLM riots, antifa, etc.
Where have you been? You will never know what is going on watching mainstream media.
GOOD 🤦♀️
That lady is a paid Ivy League professor?
Non-Columbia University students shall be charged with burglary, trespassing, while Columbia University students will be dealt with by it's school staff management
Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. There are better and less violent ways to protest to get your point across about how you feel about the war or any happenings. In the meanwhile, if I’m paying $70K to attend school, let me attend in peace if I have nothing to do with the protest.
What was stupid about this? These are adults concerned with the dire situation that has been unfolding in Gaza for years and decided to set up an encampment at this university to get across a message. Simply vocalizing your beliefs and walking in the streets is often overlooked in the media, so measures like this are taken. For Columbia, I heard that everything was fairly peaceful. So what are the better and less violent ways? It’s just unfortunate that so many people turn a blind eye to the very real happenings around us because this particular situation doesn’t effect them directly. The public is public and protests are going to happen in public. If you don’t want to witness it, you can always take classes online.
If u paid for college, u shouldn't have to be forced to take classes online
Remember that you must pay off their student loan.
Oh my 😲😲😔😔
Omg
It's not about them protesting, it's about the fact that they do it at the university
Instead of letting these brats go... make them go to the rural areas that have been destroyed by tornadoes. Make them spen a week or two helping clean up, rebuild!!!!! Learn what it's like in a small town where everyone helps each other.
Thus could get real ugly, real quick!!
Spring break is over
Why aren't you covering City College? Even the mayor tried to give equal weight to the two institutions. With all this 24 hour news, you would think there might be a little more journalistic variety.
Go to media outside the mainstream.
Arrested good safe America
Wooo❤❤
Tbh I think it's kinda inspiring that these college students are protesting since we all know that Palestinian should be freed things at Palestine are getting crazy
No, we don’t all think that. Hamas has been been terrorizing Gaza for over 5 decades and some Palestinians allowed them to do it.
And there is no sympathy for the people that were murdered, raped, injured, babies beheaded.
No protests over that? Tunnels built under schools & hospitals so the attacks on them would cause the most deaths to citizens. Where were the protests then?
And how about the genocide by Russia in Ukraine? Hundreds of Thousands of citizens killed, raped, kidnapped and taken to Russia, bombing hospitals, schools, apt buildings, churches,
etc. Where were the protesters then? Chilling thought that tens of thousands of people were willing to risk their lives for Hamas. It’s not a proud protest it’s in honor of Palestinians who have been terrorizing Israel and other citizens for decades.
Maybe the protesters should due their research, read the Bible and look at the real history & facts of what has happened in the past.
Maybe they should be sent to Gaza to work with Hamas to get the chilling reality.
Students on campus must be allowed to continue their sit-in protest; NYPD must protect lawful students protesting in a lawful way.
They’re terrorists. Not protesters
This is undemocratic and the police should lose their jobs for this
Why do Pro Israël approach to students encampment?
Are they becoming an enforcement authority?
Maybe they got sick of the Pro Hamas "protesters" harassing them, and not allowing them to access the school they paid for...?
