Yup I feel this as well, I used to be very disconnected from myself thus feeling lonely. The more and get to know myself the more connected I feel with myself! It makes perfect sense
I can’t imagine NOT being alone any more. The thing is, I think I always was this way, even when I was married and my kids were at home. Another great video Fraya.
It seems to me that most people NEED validation. That becomes obvious when you go hiking. I had a very beautiful hike about a mile from our home--- I knew it well. People at the local coffeehouse--- in 25 years--- were never there. 😊 You can't sell solitude. You CAN sell coffee.
An informative video. The more comfortable you are with yourself the more you can share with others. A few people by percent can live in solitude and be happy. Most though need a relationship to fulfill and enrich their life, need a mirror to respond back with thoughts and feelings along with love. I myself am settling down later in life and would feel a life wasted, a living death, if I died never knowing an intimate relationship with someone special.
My word,I'd far rather he alone than in a toxic relationship. Most people I know (and others I don't know but see) seem so unhappy with being in other people's company,in relationships. I love my solo life, not remotely "lonely" at all. I am too busy living MY life to be unhappy and lonely.
I sure am glad to be "all one" with you sister🙏 And all of the other beings of the universe Your radiating some very intriguing energy Thank you fore being you 🤗 And for your contribution to this existence It's a exciting time to be present As we all awaken to the "All ONE"🙏
Hello Fraya! I cherish all the ideas and wisdom you put forth. Look forward to where your thoughts are taking me. LWND!! Going to bundle up and go for a walk out to the sugar bush now.
WOW Fraya, you absolutely nailed this video, it is nothing short of extraordinary! Thank you for your Brilliance and the dedication to your constantly evolving content. I couldn't even imagine the energy and effort you must put in to produce a gem like this. I am forever grateful 🙏🏽
I enjoy my alone time maybe too much. It is difficult for partners when I want to do things alone. At its core do you ever experience someone else fully? hahaha. We are all only ever alone but getting what you need from others. For most they attach themselves when I'm alone I go hang out with people and I don't feel alone. But there are many that can be around people and be completely alone. I was this way for years had to transcend that and found out I feel more alone when around people that are not connected and want to talk about surface level talk. We are all alone but attach our consciousness outwardly to the feeling of not being alone when we are around others. Learn to accept or people say surrender same thing to the understanding that you are alone in this world, always alone with yourself if you don't like who you are hanging out with alone learn to make your company someone you would want to hang out with. That is shadow work. Bless you fraya and thank you.
I agree. Being alone is not loneliness. I am the oldest of my parents' nine kids. I started seek more solitude during high school. I have needed solitude since as long as I remember. I had two marriages. The second with kids. My pursuits are more solitary pursuits... running, writing fiction, reading, learning. It's not that I don't like people in my life. I simply value the souls (people or animals) within it for exactly who they are. I enjoy your deep dive on aloneness. It has helped me accept this "aloof" lol part of me for being what it is... me.

You assume that the entire world is so stupid as to use the english language, which is extremely limited and with many problems. Alone and lonely, within the context of the english language, are indeed sinonims. They mean the same thing.
I beg to differ. “ Alone “ can mean that there is nobody else around at the present moment while “ Lonely” can mean ( among other things ) that you can feel alone even when other people are present. Of course the entire world does not use the English language but I’m sure that this concept can be translated to any language. Wouldn’t you agree ?
Love you!!!!!!!!!!!
Spot on! Thank you
We're never truly alone. Some things can't be seen or detected with the naked eye.
your level of clarity is always so beyond anyone i've ever known. it's hard to witness at times - because it just cuts through. i love that.
Thank you 🙏🏼

Isn't it solitude instead of aloneness? Although it is striking that 'oneness' nicely fits in 'aloneness'.
Yes! That too.
