What a wonderful Video! I've got to say all these years i wanted to know more about the one who makes these tutorials, all i saw through the screen was some really cool and laid back guy who would pump out tutorials which would just hit different in a way that is unexplainable. I've definitely learned a lot through this video, and i've gained a lot of useful advice on creativity which i wouldn't of thought of on my own. Thanks for the Q&A dude, appreciate it!

Ah yes, Whiplash, finally someone! All the people I've heard talking about it said something like it was too boring etc. but I never got their point. Like what do you mean? It was amazing! 😂
I could say that this movie literally changed my life :D, it was one of few things that got me to start drumming. Now here I am many years later with drums being the one thing I can't live without.
The colorgrading used for storytelling and the character scripts and all together it's just a piece of art.

I found that logo animation you made feel like the iconic lamp animation from pixar. I remember doing one many years ago. I learned how to rig power cables and learn some sweet trick with that
Your tutorials are amazing! I love the results I get from following them and are much better than anything I could do on my own.
I appreciate it my friend!! Yes it's always tricky to find the balance. On one hand I want to create a final result that is achievable by most people watching - and on the other hand I want to showcase the potential of the tutorial technique so people might get encouraged to take things further themselves!!
Also don't be so hard on yourself! If you come back to a tutorial after a year, you may have improved more than you think
Polyfjord! Would love or you to watch the movie Your Name! It is a Japanese (anime) movie, which I think is just one of those movies that everyone will enjoy, some will be inspired by it! And if you enjoy it, there are so many more good movies and anime you could watch. But, all that to say I would love for you to get the spark to create some anime stylized tutorials for blender lol

@@Polyfjord Shit, maybe you watch Howls Moving Castle! The Castle is a sort of mountain, castle, animatronic, multi dimensional thing. Very weird concept, but not far from what you enjoy doing in blender with your machines!

Thanks for the video. I'm watching from Ukraine, and trying to get inspired by studying Blender after Cinema 4D. In our streets, they catch men and throw them into war against their will.) It's not really possible to walk outside and think about creativity, listen to yourself and the world. But still. Magic, it's everywhere, through stress and darkness, it can still be pulled out of space. Somewhere between air raids, between missile strikes, between power outages, between nightmares on the streets. Thanks for the material. We are going through a very difficult time now, but I draw inspiration from it.

Hey!! I had a PC with three GPUs at some point, but it’s the most unstable PC I’ve had. My current pc has one gpu and might not have room for more, but I think for my next pc I will have one powerful gpu for blender, and one weak gpu dedicated for screen capture and streaming!
Hmm I’m not sure if I’ll do a 100h challenge again if that’s what you mean. I think it was a little bit too much mentally to count the hours like that. But I might do a challenge that is x amount of days instead! That way I feel I can take more breaks and won’t have to think I’m always on or off the clock.
Favourite food is so dependent on what mood I’m in!! But I think pizza and burrito are my favorite ways of containing and transporting delicious ingredients into my mouth :D Also pancakes are awesome

Loved this, great to learn more about you. Based on your TV show and game preferences we have similar taste in both. Check out Arcane (animated Netflix series), Prisoners (early 2000s movie), and Red Dead Redemption 2 (video game). I think you'll quite enjoy all of them too! One question, who is your favorite DOTA2 character? (Bloodseeker for me!)
Hey!! Yes Arcane seems interesting! Although I haven't watched it yet because I just really miss ray traced shadows in the look they have chosen. I'm probably damaged from working in Blender, but the final renders of Arcane often feels like the preview before the final render! I guess I'd be able to look past that, but it's been the one thing that kept me from picking up Arcane as well as into the spiderverse. I just want CG to look like the WoW, Overwatch, League of Legends or Assassin's Creed trailers :')
Regarding Prisoners, that is a fantastic movie! I felt soo much watching that. Haven't tried Red Dead 2 much yet, I'm worried it's too long for me :D
Hmmm difficult to find a favorite dota hero.. I think Spirit Breaker is really fun to play, and also Earthshaker, Dark Seer, Rubick, Enigma, Witch Doctor, KotL and Grimstroke are the first that come to mind!

Hey! To answer to your wish to be able to have a different experience on communication mediums, you should give a go to VR! The VR community is very niche but you should especially like it as the dev part of the community is all about creating your own immersive worlds! Coding isn't the hardest part and you can easily find people that would be happy to help you, (I can if you want xD)
and the other part is 3D modelling which, well... you know that better than me that it's your skill xD
And of course the multiplayer games such as VR Chat or Resonite can give you very interesting ways to make new friends or communicate. (It has ups and downs of course but if you find good group of people it's mostly ups)

lol the part when you said that you uninstall dota for being productive and installing it again really got me... I do exactly the same with MTGArena.. I generally play a cople of weeks then I feel so bad that I have to unistall it for 7 or 8 months and then repeat all over again...

I feel you!! Recently found out that you can actually disable the game completely from your stream account, which makes it a lot harder to spontaneously install it again! So that’s what I did and I have hopefully played my last game of dota!
