      Those "Greedy builders" don't build those homes for themselves. There are just too many people, they need to live somewhere. Solution is not to blame builders but 5 years of no conception in India. Too many damn people.

    This is inspiration for me to learn more about perma-culture. I'm in Florida there is so much sand and not enough rich soil in my area.

    • @ogeo.8966

      Search the internet fore ways to restore soil using plants

    • @yellowbird5411
      @yellowbird5411 Рік тому +1

      I am in Florida also, and the sand is very particular about what will grow naturally. I have found that mulberries, star fruit, tangerine, orange, lemon, fig, mango, moringa and papaya do about the best. Some need a little help. I do the chop and drop, as much as I can. I also mow the invasive plants that have literally taken over my yard, and use them both as a ground cover and I wrap them in bundles and put them around the base of the trees. Sticks I stack around the loquat tree (also does very well). I toss out vegetable peelings, rotten starfruit, coffee grounds and vegetable water from cooking onto my mulberry trees and other trees. I was in a sand pit for several years until I read an article about leaving grass longer when mowing, as it shades the ground and keeps in moisture. So I did that, and within a year there was an amazing difference. Now I go longer between mowing, even though grass is no longer the primary plant in my yard. It is mixed weeds with tough roots. That's OK. My yard is lush and if I cannot grow small plants, I can grow fruit vines and fruit trees. I haven't tried the moringa leaves yet. They will be my "green." Chop and drop, along with scavenged "good" soil and leaves from alleys or below big trees will help build soil. No need to buy a bunch of stuff. Just keep the ground covered as best you can.

    Permaculture is a fancy foreign word for what most of the native villages have been practising since centuries. Recently only many villages & farmers started using modern methods to harvest more, but in long run it kills the land itself. If you haven't seen these things in India then either you are grown-up in a city or in a urban village.

      NE lands are very fertile, right? Sow some seeds and plants; one day they will become trees. Make sure that plants / tress get about 8 hours of uninterrupted Sun light, water, preferably ph 7 and a couple of rain water harvesting pits. Depending upon the soil, plants / trees spray micro nutrients every 3 month and macro nutrients once in 6 months. You can build a nice farm if you can spend 2 hours per acre in the morning watering your plants / trees and about 15 to 20 hours per acre a year. I do farming part time, not a big deal, living in Hyderabad.

      @@monagurdeep5395 Hi, I'm no expert, & but I refer you to Allan Savory, look up what he accomplished on his farm " Dimbangombe" in Africa, & many of his students have also succeeded, in very harsh climates. It may take bringing cattle ( or sheep, goats, etc etc., whatever type would be more native to your area, or if none, to a similar climate), like he did. I think that he had to buy some hay for them in the beginning, but anyways, that is how he, with holistically managed grazing & mobbing, got the soils to build & the plants started growing on their own, the soils started retaining water & so on, until desert turned into a thriving grassland with trees & water. See his UA-cam video of his farm & find " The Savory Institute" online. You also may be able to find a community of people interested in, & doing, these types of things in your area. Check online & with local social media, ask around. Besides "Permaculture" , words like "regenerative ag" "sustainable farming" & any others that those in India may be using that I dont know of, hopefully you can find out. God bless you ! I'm also on this journey, in the U.S. .

    Milk mother earth( we are son/daughter of mother earth) to live, but do not kill her, she can only bear to her limits, once she is near to dead, her allies (rain, breeze, sun, moon, etc) will wreck havoc on us, do not wait for it, lets preserve her so that she nourish us all. love mother nature.
    soon i will be on my way to life, kinda living , hope fully i wanna find piece land to start on it, how do not know , but hopefully about it
