a new environment and you kept dividing it, I'm happy you have a new one. I watched you some years back because of your orchid advice, glad to be re tuning in, and getting to know more about you and your passion for orchids and various other things, everything is a learning curve, hopefully my orchid's will do better after watching a few more videos.

She has sensitive skin on her hands, so she likes to wear gloves. They are not really required but handy for repotting, especially plants in old, broken down media.
Why call the plant “she”? Don’t orchid flowers have both male and female parts and is that not important to know when growing them? Just curious 💕 since you know not all plants/flowers are like that. Some have only one sex. I believe the term is dioecious / monoecious

@@MissOrchidGirl haha! I totally understand. That’s why I’m glad English now has the neutral pronoun “they” because calling a baby (whose sex is yet undetermined) “it” never felt right to me Lol. Personally, I prefer Japanese since using pronouns at all is considered rude and you always refer to someone using their name. I do hope that one day Latin languages can also develop a device for a neutral or a unified gender to more accurately describe our intersex friends (plant friends included Lol) 💕
