This is the first time I have seen an underarm that looks similar to mine. Thank you soo much for being honest and showing the reality of the brown girl's struggle.
I don't look at my face in the mirror because I find myself really ugly. And one of my insecurity is my dark armpits. I now realized that you are still beautiful even if your armpits are dark.
My armpits used to be like that, I just stopped shaving and started waxing, I think the 5min depilatory cream also will help with darkness and ingrowns if you don’t like growing out the hair before waxing. I do both. Also exfoliating them gently in the shower everyday with a fragrance free soap or panoxyl helped me as well (I use the exfoliating gloves, a rag works too). Gradually the discoloration went away. I think it’s a very low maintenance solution. Another thing I’ve been trying bc I had eczema on my armpits recently which brought back discoloration, is using saffron oil to naturally brighten the complexion of the armpits.

For ppl saying she is pretty before, this is what makes her confident and happy, so yes she is absolutely beautiful no matter what, she likes this and wants to do this
I will recommend to use tretinoin after doctor's consultation becoz I used to have acne problem nd doctor recommend me to use tretinoin and by mistake I applied it around my lips nd nose becoz of which that area become so dry nd slightly dark...nd if you don't have any skin issue then retinol is better than tretinoin becoz its too strong
you're so pretty girl! all I have to say is the tretinoid dries out your skin chemically and it burns and peels, and I dont know if you've had acne so this is prescribed, but to me your skin looks fine and trentinin will make it dry! again, I don't know if this is prescribed or not so take what im saying with a grain of salt
I don't know why people want to get eyebrows darker but I rather don't like it , mine is like totally dark as if used products and for that teachers yell without knowing so I just agressively rub my eyebrows and lose the thickness. Plus I have a unibrow i literally pluck every two weeks.

I've heard that if you apply a light layer of moisturizer and then apply retinol and then again apply a light layer of moisturizer your skin doesn't break out I haven't tried it tho
Didny happen with me. In fact i apply more than what doctors recommend and nothing ever happens. I apply it on my underarms, bikini area, inner thighs, bum. Nothing happens at qll. Depends how resilient your skin is. Mine is strong

I recommend applying the tretinoin with your finger, not directly onto your face!! Put a pea sized amount on your hand and use your fingers to apply it evenly. That way your skin won't get too irritated

TIP TO LIGHTEN ARMPIT: Use glycolic acid toner.. It works i swear...but it will take a month cos its a chemical exfoliater also u need to put mositsuer after

I used to have dark armpits but then i started using Nivea underarm rollon, the pearl and beauty one and i got rid of all the darkness in 3-5 months. If it helps anybody, I use the rollon everytime after i shower.

Tretinoin should only be used if your derma prescribes it!! It’s a prescription only topical cream. It could cause s/e so u need to be careful using it..

You can use glycolic acid ...for sure it will lighten your underarm to the point poe ple wont even notice you have a darker one ..first start with the 6percentage one amd af tet one month use the 11 percwntage
omg omg omg! I use tretonoin! It might be different than yours, but mine dries out the skin so I usually use it on my pimples! My mom uses it to reduce wrinkles :)

Be careful and do not put to much tretinol on. It is a spot treatment and if put all over the face often it will chemically burn your skin. It has happened to me and it hurts as well as drys your skin out. ❤

Maybe go on walks or runs? Not that you need to or anything just I know when I'm glowing up runs or walks make me feel refreshed. Hope this helps!

Try dipping your tooth brush in whitening mouthwash and brushing! I saw it on tiktok and it’s worked for me.

Glycolic acid is great for that, but be careful and moisturise! It can be harsh and burn you if you use it too often, so start slow.

You can use glycolic acid ...for sure it will lighten your underarm to the point poe ple wont even notice you have a darker one ..first start with the 6percentage one amd af tet one month use the 11 percwntage

omg omg omg! I use tretonoin! It might be different than yours, but mine dries out the skin so I usually use it on my pimples! My mom uses it to reduce wrinkles :)
Try a pats to mask for under arms I am also brown and get that and after I started doing the potato mask it really helped

Yes they are completely normal!
But I use retinol:) I haven’t seen a huge improvement yet, but I can do an update!

Be careful and do not put to much tretinol on. It is a spot treatment and if put all over the face often it will chemically burn your skin. It has happened to me and it hurts as well as drys your skin out. ❤
