Tip: if you can't hold eye contact, look at their nose bridge or look at the area directly above their eyelid. If you're doing a presentation, look at their foreheads. Gradually increase eye contact (so switch between their eyes and one of those areas) if you want to actually hold eye contact.

"Put on dehodorant" my advice: use antiperspirants, antiperspirants make you dont sweat (if you dont sweat you dont have any bad smell bc the bacteria will not have sweat to eat)
