You can do it gradually, step by step and get rid of your old clothes in a good way by donating them. A wardrobe change is probably normal as you age and grow to be an adult.

Plus, even if he did care, that would just be momentary satisfaction, and you wouldn't benefit at all from that. On the contrary, you'd waste your time trying to make him care. Do whatever you do for yourself, not for some random guy

My painful acne phase started at like 12-13 and has held a chokehold on my life for 2 decades seeing as I'm now 32 😭😭 I did Accutane as a teenager and tried literally everything. It's definitely waaay better now than when I was a teen but I still consistently get painful breakouts. Oh the joys of PCOS 🥺 BTW, you're beautiful doll! ❤
I eventually did Accutane too. Cystic acne killed my self esteem. :( Hate to sound dramatic but it low key turned me into an alcoholic. I couldn't deal. Especially as a girl.

My extremely low self esteem bc of my acne and other precieved flaws definitely led me to making some decisions that led to over a decade of addiction before I got clean. I can't say for sure but I feel like if I would have been more comfortable in my own skin WITH my own skin I may of not made some of the decisions that led me down the wrong road.

I was so desperate, having similar issues with PCOS and acne that I finally relented and tried it and it worked for me. I really hope you find something that works for you. It’s mentally and emotionally exhausting dealing with acne. ❤

Some "phases" should absolutely be regretted, and honestly, that is a sign of a life that was lived and was productive. Do you expect that you should be proud of everything you've done? What inspires you to be a better person, to work on the things that need improving? This type of self delusion isn't good for anyone.
If it’s cystic acne kind of like what she had, and you’ve tried many topical medications already, you should try asking your dermatologist about accutane. I had acne very similar to hers and after 6months of accutane it pretty much all went away. 2 years later and I get occasional white heads but nothing too major. It’s not for everyone but it’s probably the most effective longg term solution I’ve tried
She mentioned in her skincare video that she was on Accutane. My dermatologist told me it should be a last resort bc It CAN cause depression/anxiety and fertility issues, but for some people it works wonders. (It doesn’t always cause that but it can be a big side effect) I’ve never personally tried it but I did do birth control for about 5 months and it worked great. I had to stop because it gave me some mental health stuff, but my skin has stayed relatively clear since then. It’s not for everyone but more people love it than hate it so I’d recommend :)
Go vegan!! Milk products have growth hormones in them... When I stopped milk products the worst acne left me 😉 it takes 3 month, be patient! Ah and don't over strip your face of natural oils. Double cleanse in the evening, use a hid rating lotion without comedogen products in them. Trust me, it will change your skin 💪

I eventually did Accutane too. Cystic acne killed my self esteem. :( Hate to sound dramatic but it low key turned me into an alcoholic. I couldn't deal. Especially as a girl.
@janlundberg5924 girl I totally feel that. My extremely low self esteem bc of my acne and other precieved flaws definitely led me to making some decisions that led to over a decade of addiction before I got clean. I can't say for sure but I feel like if I would have been more comfortable in my own skin WITH my own skin I may of not made some of the decisions that led me down the wrong road.

same i tried accutane at 26 again after i had the worst breakout i had. it cleared my skin this time. i havent had a major breakout in 6 years. i also have hormonal problems although never officially diagnosed with pcos. it left me with paranoia of breakouts. even the smallest zit scares me.
I’m so sorry. PCOS is no joke and can wreak havoc on the skin. Have you tried 4 months zero dairy? I was so desperate, having similar issues with PCOS and acne that I finally relented and tried it and it worked for me. I really hope you find something that works for you. It’s mentally and emotionally exhausting dealing with acne. ❤

I feel that painful acne phase SO much😭 i had absolutely awful acne when i was a teenager to the point where my mom called me names for it. I still struggle with it and everyone thought I didn’t wash my face but I just have absolutely out of whack hormones

Don't ever regret any phases of your life. It's the only way for you to grow and learn about yourself. Those experiences make you who you are today and in the future. You should be proud of everything that you have overcome. You made it this far and that's awesome ❤
Some "phases" should absolutely be regretted, and honestly, that is a sign of a life that was lived and was productive. Do you expect that you should be proud of everything you've done? If it’s cystic acne kind of like what she had, and you’ve tried many topical medications already, you should try asking your dermatologist about accutane. I had acne very similar to hers and after 6months of accutane it pretty much all went away. 2 years later and I get occasional white heads but nothing too major. It’s not for everyone but it’s probably the most effective longg term solution I’ve tried

She mentioned in her skincare video that she was on Accutane. My dermatologist told me it should be a last resort bc It CAN cause depression/anxiety and fertility issues, but for some people it works wonders. (It doesn’t always cause that but it can be a big side effect) I’ve never personally tried it but I did do birth control for about 5 months and it worked great. I had to stop because it gave me some mental health stuff, but my skin has stayed relatively clear since then. It’s not for everyone but more people love it than hate it so I’d recommend :)
Accutane, but check with a dermatologist first.
Go vegan!! Milk products have growth hormones in them... When I stopped milk products the worst acne left me 😉 it takes 3 month, be patient! Ah and don't over strip your face of natural oils. Double cleanse in the evening, use a hid rating lotion without comedogen products in them. Trust me, it will change your skin 💪
