You had. Half the doctors in this video and probably a lot more of the nurses and other staff are probably gone by now. But at least you got rid of dem foreign folk.
Watching this as an American is surreal. I could only dream of care like this here. The ambulance ride from the scene of the attack alone would cost at least a few thousand dollars, AFTER insurance. Then all the surgeries, hospital beds...this would be medical bankruptcy here. Crazy we pay more than anyone in the world to get healthcare yet receive so much worse care
I got run over in 2010, he drove over me front and rear wheels and my right leg was snapped beneath my knee. Had 8 operations and Spent 44 days initially in hospitals. Recovery was 7 months before I returned to work. It was assault. But hey ho, life moves on,fully recovered thanks to amazing surgeons our NHS has ❤️
Such a heartbreaking loss of life and unnecessary suffering caused by this terrorist attack. I like that the algorithm is suggesting this video - we always need to show love for our NHS heroes!! Paying more taxes to keep this amazing service running and to make sure healthcare workers get the respect they deserve? I'm ok with that.
'I don't know, but it sounds like there's been a bad stabbing down there', with a wry smile... it doesn't stop for these people. How they keep going is ridiculous - thank goodness we have our NHS.
We all whinge about the state of the NHS but then you watch something like this and think wow we have an amazing system in place to help all of us.

Wow, it’s almost like the NHS is filled with amazing people doing their best, but the system itself needs help!
That photo of the man’s wife kneeling over him protecting him in the street… oh my god 😭😭😭😭
Both Stephen/Steven and Kara seem like incredible people. It’s truly heartbreaking to see how much physical and emotional trauma they endured.
Make sure you always time stamp bro

I wonder how Steven and the lads from France are now
Stephen ran a marathon to raise money for the imperial health charity in 2021 so seemingly doing alright physically at least
Part of the national rally probs dont blame them.
They’re French
5 year old video and all comments are from 1 day ago, the algorithm works wonders.
Blessings to those who were injured and to those who lost loved ones. We all hope you are doing as well as possible ❤

I remember this happening and getting told about it on the news. Feel sorry for all those injured and who died
And we are still dealing with this, why isn't the government pumping money into our NHS instead of abroad. It's sickening how our NHS is neglected
Steven is such a trooper. Also, he looks SO young for his age. Thought he was a 20 something at first!
the NHS isn't failing, it is being failed
And we are reminded once again Irish nurses are the best
