When Keisha diminishes Heidi and Amelle’s contribution or ‘refer’ to them as the ‘other girls’ she legitimatise the claims that she’s got a bitchy character, no? I think it’s fair to say that Heidi and Amelle prolonged the success of Sugababes and we’re there for more of the success of the band than some of the founding members. The bitchiness ruins their legacy.
Heidi was yes and they never speak badly of her, even though they don't speak to her. Amelle on the other hand never contributed much whilst she was there, I don't think Keisha is being bitchy, she's just being honest.
Everyone needs to remember that Amelle has contributed alot to the band. The 3.0 era released About You Now which is THE best selling track in their catalogue which came after Siobhan and Mutya departed. I really think that the Sweet 7 album cycle would of done well had Keisha not left. That album had enough solid songs to release as singles to showcase different sides to the project. I think Get sexy was a great lead single and for once really positioned each girl in equal footing and gave Amelle a natural shine.
