sas expert here you def just got a shitty one, not just that but i think you handle sas figs way too carelessy, the other ones you showed in thevideo also seem incredibly loose compared to mine. I bought 4 foos on release, PO'd day 1 and mine have only -been loose at the thigh -been loose at the torso but none have popped off or fallen apart like yours. in additon to that, medicos now uses POM for their joints instead of Nylon like TW and Jolyne (you can feel the difference) and loose joints arent the end of the world. using clear nail polish is a great, and my go-to way to keep them stiff and on the figure and again, just seeing how you handle them seems a little careless perhaps even 'brutish'. i know you're not supposed to super carefully or delicately handle them and because medicos is a very hit or miss company with qc (quality control) you still need to be a bit careful, ESPECIALLY with new releases like foo. i've had my the world for almost 4 years now and he is not in any similar shape to yours, he still feels very good and at a good stiffness and i've def played with him and used him for stop motions my fair share
someone at the medicos factory must hate you considering that level of QC issues

If you keep it on a shelf, it should be fine no matter the quality
