Glad to know you also love anything related to Egypt. I’ve always been fascinated by their culture, history, etc. Plus a couple movies, games and animes either take place in Egypt or have Egyptian themes. As for the cat villains, I’ve always loved them since back in the 1990s since I used to watch my second sister play the Spyro series. Now I have to say that Cat-Riptoes are a whole lot charming compared to the dinosaur midget.
I don’t have much thoughts on enemies but I will say that Mario, Sonic and Spyro are my 3 favorite platformers of all time. Someone should make a video comparing Super Mario 64, Spyro the dragon and Sonic Adventure.
Maybe Prince Azrael was painted as a persecuted teenager and just wanted to be with the one he purely lived! I got a reinvented West Side Story vibe in theCharmed Ridge level!;)^-^
Here are my top ten favorite enemies of the original trilogy of Spyro the Dragon series. Number 1): The Gnorcs from the Artisans homeworld. Number 2): The Beasts from Alpine Ridge because they look so huge and scary and furious looking! And they also like to eat Wumpa Fruits as the Easter eggs from Crash Bandicoot series in the Reignited version. Number 3): Camels from Scorch the Arabian themed level. Number 4): Lava Lizards from Skelos Badlands the Prehistoric themed level because they look like dinosaurs because dinosaurs are my favorite animals. Number 5): Gunfighter Dino the Tyrannosaurus Rex from Dino Mines because they does the quick draw with guns and they're alike gunslingers. Number 6): Large Earthshapers from Fracture Hills and Magma Cone. Number 7): Ninja Rhynocs from Fireworks Factory. Number 8): Elder Wizards from Alpine Ridge, High Caves and Wizard Peak. Number 9): Snail Elephants from Mystic Marsh. And number 10): The large Gear Grinders with their wrenches from Hurricos, because they look similar to Ratchet from PlayStation's Ratchet & Clank series because Spyro the Dragon original trilogy and Ratchet & Clank series are both being developed by Insomniac Games. So, what do you guys about my top ten favorite enemies of the original trilogy of Spyro the Dragon series? And what your favorite enemies of Spyro original trilogy are? 🙂
I swear, ONE time when I was playing Ripto's Rage in Cloud Temples, something REALLY weird happened in one of the rooms I was in. I was in one room with a goat and two rock spitters. The rock spitters were already barfing up lava rocks to hit me - I avoided every single one, but I forgot that the goat was also there and I got hit. But... here comes the stinger AND the clinger - even though the goat was the enemy that ACTUALLY hit me, the rock spitter on the left decided to laugh at me, even though it wasn't the enemy that decided to rip me a new one. And THEN, to top it all off, just as soon as I defeated the goat, the OTHER rock spitter on the right decided to take a crack at trying to take a bite out of me - it did, by the way - and the first rock spitter decided to laugh at me AGAIN even though, once again, IT WASN'T THE ENEMY THAT ACTUALLY HIT ME!!!!
