I think Oro wasn't really well explored by Capcom when they made 3rd Strike, he has a great concept and all, it's told that he is a master o sennin style and even achieved imortality, and that he's so strong that seals his non dominant arm or else he could easily defeat anyone.
But in the game he don't look that powerful.

i believe you jump , instantly do the qcf k, then mash two kick buttons to get the myltiple kicks, or mash three kicks i dont know
