Late to your channel but the dishes looked great! What size it that large pan that you mix everything in? Seems you, as you mention, can double some recipes. I need to, also learn to utilize vegetable better. What is bockchoy used for?
I don’t know what size it is but it’s huge! It’s from All Clad and came in a big set. Definitely doubling recipes is convenient for freezing because you can space out when you use them!
