First time watching and loved what you presented. I made stuffed peppers for supper and only used part of the tomato paste. I put in the fridge knowing I wouldn't use it up but since I just watched this - I scooped out spoonfuls for the freezer. I will use them up now. Thanks for sharing this.

Obviously that Kohlrabi has probably been gone for a long time but just to let you know one thing I always do is slice them thin and fry them like potato chips. They're absolutely delicious. As a matter of fact I grow them in my garden just to make this special treat. I'm not saying there any more nutritious than a regular potato chip but they are much better in my opinion

You can make cranberry muffins with egg, half and half, cranberry sauce. Freeze whole freezer. Make a soft bread spread out of any small amounts of cheese( soft, hard, slice it does not matter! Google Jacque Peppin he showed you how. Very easy!!! You can use spread on chicken, as appetizers etc! You can also make an Italian bread salad with the tomato, cucumber any olives, green onion( white part- save green part for other dishes).

Back in the eighties and nineties and early 2000 I was a stay-at-home mom and I was a extreme couponer my basement looked like a mini grocery store but I did share with friends and family.

It’s my intention not to go to the grocery store until March 1. I’ll need to use nonfat dry milk, egg substitutes, and canned and frozen vegetables until then, but I think I can do it. I’m certain I’ll be dying for a salad by the end of February, but my freezer is stuffed, and I am determined to succeed.

try lightly tossing your green beans in olive oil and air fryer them, yum or steam them then separately saute onion and bacon till tender then toss together cook till done, yummy

I need to use up frozen spiral spaghetti squash. I have no idea how to cook it. Normally I just roast a spaghetti squash in the oven with olive oil, salt, pepper, & garlic, or if it’s any other type of squash, I just use it in a stir fry…. but I have no idea what to do with that frozen spiral spaghetti squash. Help!!! We are doing a pantry challenge now in January & I’ve no idea what to do with that.

Just found you and enjoying your vlogs. (One thing I noticed…. You have a very soft voice, no problem, but then when you add music that is very loud so I’m needing to keep changing the volume which is a little irritating when I’m cooking in the kitchen (when I mostly watch vlogs) and my hands may be messy. I have to wash and dry them before I can turn the music volume down.) 🥰🥰

Hi. Once a week, I look in the fridge and we eat leftovers. We had 1 piece of chicken, a zucchini, a half jar of spaghetti sauce and some old cheese. To stretch what I had, I boiled some noodles and took some leftover garlic bread out of the freezer. When my kids were young, Sunday breakfast was French toast with bread ends. Tina

What is a CSA box?

In the fall I love starting to make alllll the soups(especially minestrone), pumpkin muffins, and also roasting veggies and using them in pasta dishes. It takes a basic spaghetti dinner and kicks it up 1,000 notches. I like the idea I saw in your last video that I watched: using baked eggs in a breakfast sandwich. Just reheating a crustless quiche can be pretty boring. Never thought to use it as a sandwich. Thanks for the ideas!

What a good idea with the tomato paste. I put remaining tomato paste in a ziplock bag, flatten it out and run my finger to separate it into fourths and put in the freezer flat, then just break off a piece to use in a recipe
