I started my channel in 2011 as a way to inspire other women to create a life they love! I’m a licensed hairstylist and makeup artist and have worked in the beauty industry my entire life. I currently work full time creating videos for this channel and my vlog channel. I got married in 2015 to my middle school sweetheart and had my first baby Julian in March 2018. I opened my online clothing store in 2018 called Good To Be where we sell trendy women’s clothing, accessories and our own merch line. I’m 26 years old and live in Michigan with my husband, our son and our cavalier King Charles named Colbie. We also recently bought a vacation home in Florida that we’re renovating.

I agree with the jewelry tip! I find the tinier you are the more dainty you should go with jewels. Keep it simple. I do however find big jewelry gorgeous on bigger women. They can really wear them well.
My Mom looks amazing with her crazy jewelry. But, she's taller and larger than I am. I don't always do tiny jewelry but I think if you're smaller things can look like a costume really quickly.
I believe wear what you want to wear. I've always been petite and love big pieces of jewelry and get complimented all the time. Wear what u love.

Good tips but they are all for an opinion of your body type. Some of the stuff you said doesn’t look good on you looks really good on other body types, vice versa. Like some girls look good in a tight tank and jeans.
I also don’t like those big flowy pants at ALL with any shirt lol.
But all in all, nice tips.

What I do when I’m lazy and have to go out for a bit.
Slip on some pants I have that are bigger than me over my sleeping pants.
Wear a sweater(sometimes) and a winter jacket(more loose and good at keeping me warm, its not that giant poofy one though) and I am wearing big on big

Chunky jewelry, statement earrings and necklaces are so totally still in. Just don't wear them together. On or the other. A big statement necklace with a tee is cool.

I still love statement jewelry, but I don’t wear too much at a time. I have shorter hair so I ADORE bigger statement earrings, but I won’t wear big earrings AND a big necklace at the same time. I think balance is good! I do love me some dainty jewelry too, though. ✨✨

tips are excellent, it’s really important to keep exploring underwear brands and experimenting with bra sizes until u find the right combination. I feel so good now that I’ve found a strapless bra that’s perfect for me, after years of thinking strapless bras were just a pipe dream, lol.

I actually really liked this video. I thought it wasn’t going to give me any real advice but I actually got something out of it. I’ve ALWAYS been a dainty jewelry kind of girl. I use silver for winter, gold for spring/fall and rose gold for summer to pick up more of my tan better. I love small light weight hoops or pretty solid studs, big earrings and hoops don’t flatter me at all! I tend to do the skinny form fitting bottom and looser top and sometimes tuck in a little. But over all I loved this video! 😉✌🏼
There’s not an issue w telling people how to maybe make their outfit more dressy and what not but the issue w these videos like this is that everything is up for interpretation. Style is unique and different to each person. You say go bold w accessories but also say go dainty w jewelry. Some people like to go bold w their jewelry bc it’s their style. Some people like T-shirt’s and not tucking them bc their style. People don’t have to wear makeup or do their hair to have their outfit be considered stylish. It is important to dress for your body type but when it comes to one styling their outfit, that is up to interpretation as everyone’s style is each unique and different. No hate just simply putting these thoughts out there

I don't agree with the jewellery thing. Chunky jewellery can look really good if that's your style. Dainty stuff might make you look more femeining but that's not necessarily what everyone wants. Big stuff can be seXy

Love these types of videos! Naomi Boyer does a lot like this, too! It’s easy to get in a rut with getting ready but when you start implementing better fashion habits that are timeless, you realize that looking good can truly be effortless and really just be a matter of making a different shirt or shoe choice and take 2 seconds to tuck your shirt. Taking my jewelry from 37563738 pieces to a handful of great staples and a few fun cocktail or vacation pieces has made getting ready in the morning so much easier! I also started spending more on quality pieces and embracing the capsule wardrobe ideology that 2-3 pair of nice, quality shorts that fit great is better than 15 pairs! It goes back to getting your monies worth, feeling good, and reducing the amount of time you spend making decisions every day.
