Watched this yesterday then tried it in sparring against the person's that's been drilling de la Riva against me! Really helped!! It can turn into a scramble to get and stay on top but overall it's an improvement that gives me an extra option for sure!
Nice pass, but much more difficult when your training partner is being active with their right hand and foot, gripping sleeves, stretching and off-balancing you instead of being inactive with their right side of their body.
