You got to have capital to be a capitalist. Unless you're up there investing so as to profit from trade and/or industry, you are not a capitalist.
I'm a consumer. I engage in commerce. Like most people who don't have appreciable liquid assets, I endure under capitalism, I don't benefit from it.
It is the labour of those without the means to invest heavily in startup costs that is exploited for capitalists to profit due to the belief that they are taking all the risks by putting forward the initial capital and therefore deserve the lion's share of the reward in perpetuity, not just until their investment is recouped.

At what point do you stop being a consumer and turn into a capitalist? If I have 1$ in stocks am I a capitalist? Are people with a house capitalists? Why is it wrong to invest money so I can buy nice things?
Is a CEO a bad person for doing their job? Why? They're part of the system too, if they don't do it they will get replaced and someone else will. Is it only okay to work a job and maximize your involvement in the evil system if you're struggling? Is the CEO supposed to breach their fiduciary duties and get fired/get sued?
Capital is anything that can facilitate the creation of value. A computer is capital, you can use it to generate goods and services beyond your own capabilities. That is capital

What you described can be applied to any tool, such as a hammer, which can be used to create goods or services. That does not make every hammer in the world capital, only those that are actively being used for creation.
