LG K51 K50 Black screen and screen not touching fix

My phone is still on black screen, but I can hear it powering on. I get calls but screen is not working. Any idea what the problem may be?

The k51 also has a 24 update . It's the only phone I ever had that does that.. it take have to wait the 24.
