@GrimWisdom might be a problem, I have my exams going so , I have to use my phone and laptop to study , I should be able do the low screen in my next year of high , since this year was mostly online tuitions for me and next year it will be offline tuitions

No matter how long I’m in a flow state, the minute something in my routing is thrown off, my Jeffery brain creeps in and takes over and feels like a mountain to stop. My average screen time was like 7 to 8 hrs but as of now {except weekends(sometimes 10hrs+)} I've reduced it by 3 to 4 hrs and hoping to continue it. I had noticed that if I don't give myself a proper daily task list, my screen time goes out of hand.
