Something similar has happened to me a year ago. Currently I'm looking very lean and cool, but too small. I started bulking up a month ago but i struggle to eat enough, could you give us some tips?
eat high calorie dense foods so you won’t feel as full after you’re done eating. peanut butter, red meats, etc. make sure there’s enough protein in your diet so you don’t get fat when you bulk and it’s actually muscle

I started working out when I saw a Balkan gains video and I was like yeah let's do some pushups. 10 and a half months later and I can deadlift 135, bench 110, and squat 100 for 4. (Pounds btw. For my fellow non americans that would translate to 60 kg deadlift, 50kg bench and 45kg for 4 squat)
i think youre in good shape rn, to be honest, from my perspective, if u would just work less on muscle growth and more on stamina and dont try to become fucking steroid monster it would be the best authentic look, if ull do more i think its not beneficial for life/look, and i get why many ppl find very big ppl unattractive, but obviously that's only my opinion, so do what u like
For my wake-up call , this was when I was ordering a pizza and realized my arm was very ugly and barley fit in my sleeves and this what made want to start losing all of my weight and still grinding btw (14 kilos lost) hopefully I lose extra 7 kilos before the end of the year and become fit💪 Wish me luck my homies! Hopefully I become a fit tomboy one day lol.
What made me start going to the gym is my best friend calling me a "fat boar" in front of 45ish people. That was like 3 years ago. He apologized later and we are still best friends, he´s like 5 years older than me and I´m stronger than him now so there is that lmao
