    Oh wow, love your video, I came across your video while strolling and seeking info about Finland. I am moving to Iisalmi, Savo region in February. I am attending a Finnish language online course for about a month now which is organized by the company for the newly hired employees and so far I'm enjoying it, even though I am not a nurse I love watching this as I'm learning some words.

    Hi. Thanks for the great content on your channel. There is no reason to doubt anyway, but the way you present things clearly shows that you are a real professional. Your customers/patients can be with you with confidence. I think you would do just as well anywhere in the world.
    Have a nice autumn.
    I wish you all the best in life. 🤗

    We arrive very early because sometimes the doctor or nurse might want to take us in earlier. So it's a win-win situation. Many times they have called me in much earlier if I have arrived early

    12 hrs. (07:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M.) ba ang per shift diyan sa mga Nurses? Naitanong ko lang kc nakalagay sa sa video mo na night shift na at 20:30, curious lang ako. Thanks! ❤

    • @Finnspirational
      @Finnspirational  10 місяців тому

      Hi. Nope, in our hospital morning shift is 7-15. Evening 14-21 and night 20:30-7:15

    • @alethlumagbasboniol4473
      @alethlumagbasboniol4473 10 місяців тому

      Ah nag start kayo ng 14:00 to 21:00 lang sa evening shift ninyo, ang aga naman, bale 7 hrs. ang evening shift ninyo. Normally di ba from 15:00 to 23:00 ang evening shift, aw ganun sa amin 8 hrs. per shift. Tapos mahabang oras ang night shift, hindi balance na oras, parang hindi unfair sa mga night shift kc 10 hrs. & 45 minutes ang shift nila.

    Nursing Finnish people is rewarding?
    Now that is a sentence i had hard time to believe, when we look how much nurses here complain themselves.
    Work is hard
    Hours are bad
    Money is not enough
    Waaa waaa waaa
    I think we need to fire every single Finnish nurse and hire everyone from the Philippines instead.
    I would rather be taken care of in the time of need by someone who is positive and wants to do the job, instead someone who think she / he has to do the job and i am a burden to that person.

    Suomessa on todella hieno henkilökunta mukaan lukien hän videossa, mutta muuten sairaaloissa olisi paljon korjattavaa lääkkeiden määräyksessä. Edes amputoitu ei saa kannabista kipuunsa, mutta kovia huumeita kyllä. Ei ole potilaan parhaaksi tämä. Miksi saattohoitopotilastakin pitää suojella kannabikselta?

      This was based on my experience as nurse in Finland. At least they rarely say it straight to my face.
