That first story confuses me. OP thought it was a city owned dog park but it wasn't. Even if owned by a real estate company, it was still privately owned. So there must have been a charge to enter. Taxes need to be paid, and insurance. Now, I'm only familiar with off-leash parks that are free to enter. They are all municipality owned. Wonder where this took place.
Sorry gonna complain yet again about the damn quietness of the video at 19:47. Please sort out the audio level when either recording or editing your videos. Those of us with hearing problems find this really annoying.

public park means owned by the city, PRIVATE park means owned by a private owner/company......and don't feel sorry for that karen
