I'm 36 yo. I began to listen to trance in 1997 while it was that supposed thing called "white man crazy music where you need to do drugs to feel good". I never ever did drugs at that time. It's 2019, I'm still listening to this music genre with the same passion than at it's beginning, still not doing drugs. One thing has changed: I am amazed the spread that this genre made in 22years. People coming from every corner of the world, unifying the planet under one religion, one passion, one drug: TRANCE MUSIC. Beautiful!
Right there with you brother! Same age and been a fan for almost 20 years now - no one else around me understands - but hey, I think they're the crazy ones!
46 now, had a twist for synth and electronic music in general from eighties so naturally catched trance genre too. Never did drugs and have no wish to do that in future. Good trance music is good by itself, see no reason to mix it with chemicals. I understand that drug dealers make obscene amounts of money from public in entertainment places though. And it started a way earlier than electronic music appeared on scene. "white man crazy music" - I believe it is about rave which appeared several years earlier. At least in my city rave parties in begin of nineties definitely had a second name - a testing ground of synth drugs. Around time when trance came out, drug era in clubs already turned to end. At least trance wasn't a catchphrase for doing drugs.
Same here Trancexx, I am 50 and the early days were the absolute best, couldn't get into that whole grunge shit nor the drug scene of this genre, so I transitioned to trance trip hop etc of the 90s and man the shows back then were amazing, but like wine they are getting better with age. I still go to these deals when time allows the people you meet are amazing, they come from all over the world, I am most definitely going to see these guys when they hit here in Los Angeles, and on a wild whim I found out PVD is coming nearby next week (if you consider Portland, Or. nearby LOL) so I am going to that as well.) And I totally agree with you.... the one drug is TRANCE!
For me it all began at the age of 15 back in 1993. Today going on 42 and Trance is still a major part of my life. 27 years of pure love like no other. Had girlfriends that were jealous :)And like u brother...no drugs. Just dopamine and goosebumps :)Dare i say that i found my fountain of youth. :D
One more thing!! I've listened many episodes of this band! The 350 is one of the BEST of all the times!! I can assure you,, from beginning to end, it's getting more and more wonderful!
Anybody watching this today and fondly looking back on times where you could dance with your fellow concert-goers, carefree and mask-free? So hoping we can get back to this and SOON!
I was having one of the worst weeks of my life until this event came along. The first six minutes of this set completely reset every bad emotion, every negative thought, and it let me breathe. Everything was okay. I remember how hard I cried that night. Tears of joy, not sorrow. Trance music, regardless the flavor really is a force to be reckoned with.
Im having the saddiest weeks of my life too........ the love of my life just goes away......... and as we share the same love for trance, i just cry and cry everytime i listen to something like this........ but i think time and music with the hand of God, can cure this pain.
This is so true. I did not have any idea what trance was all about until I let the rhythm move me, not just my body dancing and listening but in being there and experiencing it. It is access to unlimited joy. I have mentioned to others that it is as if your amygdala had been turned into a dopamine dripping prostate gland that only stops pumping when the volume is low. There is a 1-10 scale for pain and a 1-10 for joy as well. Be advised. Family and home is now THERE within and always with and in the trance. It is the force!
I used to think we're all we need or peace of mind or good for me were their best tracks but I'm starting to think solarize is probably one of the best songs for these guys no words just listen and feel...
Listening to this during a lockdown in the UK. We're living through history during this horrible corona virus pandemic.. stay safe everyone and listen to trance music for mental healing. Live long world!!!

One of the darkest, hardest and most relentless, yet still uplifting A&B Milestone set. Such a unforgettable experience at the O2 Arena. Thank you A&B and thanks to our whole anjuna family
What do you exactly mean by relentless and dark? To me it was still pretty slow and diverse and for my personal taste the set could have had a bit more Trance and/or faster tracks.
I liked that they dipped into a bit of a darker sound with this set. I was actually expecting to hear Distorted Truth somewhere in here, and was surprised that it wasn't featured. I would definitely describe that one as dark, hard and relentless.
Oh boy, I remember I was a teen, feeling myself on "No One on Earth" , "Good for me" and so. Here I am today, an adult, still feeling myself on your tunes. Like, it's so magic. The reason I'm watching this video is because I just watched a Steph Taylor travel video on Hong Kong and her video finished with her attending a live showing of Back and Behond in Hong Kong . I was very impressed with what she showed of the music .

What a fucking Tune
The reason I'm watching this video is because I just watched a Steph Taylor travel video on Hong Kong and her video finished with her attending a live showing of Back and Behond in Hong Kong . I was very impressed with what she showed of the music .
Начало офигенное, миксы четко, треки зачет, а подобраны то как и держат красавцы как надо. Молодцы.
I'm from Uzbekistan ! I'm your big fan ABG . Thank you very much for amazing concert !
