My favourite character from Night Court was Bull. I liked his simple goofiness (but the actor can really play some villains from some other movies and TV series though). There was another show John Larroquette starred in after Night Court, simply called 'The John Larroquette Show'. I cannot remember that much about it, but I know his character had a daughter, and it only lasted one season. Fun Fact Regarding Laverne & Shirley: When Lenny & Squiggy formed their band Lenny & The Squigtones the group featured guitarist Nigel Tufnel (Christopher Guest) and drummer Ming The Merciless played by KISS drummer Peter Criss (Don Poncher played the drum tracks for their 1979 album). The movie This Is Spinal Tap was supposed to be about aging 50s greaser band Lenny & The Squigtones doing an 80s reunion tour but David Lander refused to be part of it and was writer/co-owner of all the band's original material along with Michael McKean aka Lenny, so the band was re-written as Spinal Tap, the an aging metal band who doesn't realize they're not popular anymore. Lenny was renamed David St. Hubbins while Christopher Guest was the only original member of The Squigtones to stay on the project and kept his character's name, Nigel Tufnel is arguably the most popular member of Spinal Tap.
He did have his own show afterwards where he was a recovering alcoholic managing a bus station. It was really good at first until the network began messing with it.
It could have worked. Frasier worked well and Night Court itself works like a spiritual spinoff of Cheers with Harry. Judge Stone even had the same first name and personality (including the magic) as his Cheers character.

Queen Elizabeth I, the “Queen Mother” was NOT the Queen Elizabeth II, who was reigning Monarch of Britain. Just a distinction to be made because the Queen mother, who was given an audience with the golden girls cast, is not the mother of King Charles, but the mother of Elizabeth Regina.
