I am interested in ordering from you guys for my 09 cobalt ss. But I am specifically searching for the lightest wheel setups for my stock fitment. I wish your site showed wheel weights.
I have an 09 COBALT SS with with Enki M52 wheels, I think the guy I bought the car from said they're 8.5 inches with maybe a 35 offset not sure about the offset but the tires are 245-40-18 and on enki lowering springs stock suspension, no rolled fenders and only the left tire rubs the inside fender liner under hard right hand cornering and hitting small bumps mid corner. Don't get the chance to drive like that enough so no big deal. The car has a z54 turbo with the basic supporting mods, no internals or head work or fuel mods on 93 . Intercooler, charge pipes, intake, GM sensors, 3" catless exhaust with resonator only and cheap semi all weather performance tires, they work pretty well as I don't do anything really serious racing but they hold their own well enough for daily driving in Texas where you don't ever know what the weather is going to do since it can change in a moments notice lol. I've seen it go from high calm 70, s to 25-40 wind in the 20's with freezing rain within an hr, had a friend die of hypothermia on one of those occasions. Anyway the car is pretty much an ABSOLUTE BEAST pushing around 380 hp, not as much as some I know but it's enough for a daily and makes plenty of big boys cars costing upwards of 10 times as much crying home to momma 😂😂😂or at least with a VERY dumbfounded surprised look on their faces. Stay safe and God bless
My only problem with this video is that not every manufacturers 235, 245 etc. are the same width. One manufacturers 235 on a car may work but another's may be too wide when coming close to extremes. Just a recommendation, check the width when looking for tires to go with those rims. Happy hunting cracking that whip.
Sounds dumb but I want to buy wheel adapters and put a set of old school Cragar SS rims on my cobalt, I don't mind Rolling the fenders etc just thought it would be cool to Rock old school rims plus I have them already and they are in pristine condition still
Can someone please help me out here. So I currently got an 06 ss and I am so confused. I can not find any proper bolt pattern wheels for the car. It says that they take 5×110 but I see people running wheels such as esr sr07s (the ones I want) but the bolt pattern for those are 5×114.3. Someone help me out here please
If they are running 5x114.3 wheels they are likely running 5x110 to 5x114.3 adapters. This would give you a much wider selection of wheels due to 5x114.3 being the most common.

Odd, i didnt see this uploaded. Nice video. A lot of people run stock wheels, but i love to see aftermarket wheels on these cars.
Yeah I run stock rims as well. Such a true comment you made
I just rock the stock SS wheels. Eventually I’ll get some wheels for it.
5x110 is a hard one to find wheels for, thinking of getting adaptors
@@Fjasdflasdf don’t do that bro it’s unnecessary and you can find some good wheels for this car
@@Fjasdflasdf just convert it to 5x114.3 I guess you just gotta get some hubs from a malibu

Thanks for this 2007 SS
I am in progress of modifying a Rally Yellow 2007 Cobalt LT.
Every time Gels says “SS” it subtly reminds me that my car is a base model G5😂
Stock lnf wheels are nice too
definitely! c6zo6 wheels remade for the cobalt should be very appreciated.
what about the LT?
Do the bbs lm fit on the cobalt ss with Brembo?
I'm guessing ls 2006 chevy colbalt is similar in size

No base models here
Wb a video talking about how to build a track car?

People don’t realize how good the LSJ is with the entry level kit from ZZP. An LSJ with that swap is menace on the road.
