Why is this interviewer just so much better than the others? He is engaging the actors like Graham Norton does. Making them so animated. Im loving it.
He moved over from Empire Magazine I believe, so he’s used to speaking with actors.

genuinely, he's the best interviewer I've ever seen- he understands how to build great rapport with actors, having fun and treating them like actual people. He has a good bit of British humor too, so I feel like that goes a long way as well haha

I actually binge watched all the interviews and I've never heard anyone calling her cookie, at least from the hotd cast, usually liv (she said once Olivia sounds too official). I believe it's a Fabien thing; he's such a sweetheart

The way Ali both entertains and puts everyone he interviews at ease and you can see in all their faces how much they enjoy being interviewed by him. He always brings out the most interesting - the absolute opposite to the boring, run of the mill - questions and you can really see how much the guests love being interviewed by him, how interested they are in his questions and aware of his interviews with all the big names. This is why the Ali Plumb interviews are always the very best interviews in every junket for everyone from the actors to the audience. It seems to be a treat both for the interviewee and for us. As someone who has worked as this kind of journalist but for print I know it’s absolutely no mean feat to so consistently engage those whom you interview, especially people like these guys who have been sitting in these press rooms for long, long days on end being asked various alterations of the same like max. ten questions where,because it’s their job to sell this show, they have to patiently try to keep it interesting (and once you watch a few of the new cast interviews you start getting a bit bored yourself at the same questions and answers that I stopped pretty quickly) but i clicked so fast when I saw it was Ali interviewing these four and was not disappointed! And that’s the happiest and most engaged I’ve seen any of them look since the start of this press season 🖤

I love how refreshing the questions are, it becomes extremely obvious that the actors have fun answering questions like this after being asked the same questions all day.

it truly caught me off guard when matt suddenly mentioned heath ledger. cz lately, i did spend my days watching matt in so many interviews while thinking about how much he genuinely reminds me of heath. and i've literally said this before, somewhere in the comment, that i do think they both share the same vibe. you know.. authenticity at its finest, exploding charisma, dashing behavior,.. ALL THAT🙌 i mean.. it's a poor thing that they didn't get the chance to work together😢what an exceptional dynamic duo they could've been🥲

I love the energy between all the actors. Fabian is so handsome and plays his evil role perfectly. I love Matt’s character, he does horrible things but I think Aemon is only looking for someone who can give him positive feedback and say he did the right thing. He just wants to please someone like Rhenera.
ali plumb has alwaysss been my favourite interviewer for anything movie and tv related but watching this after watching jimmy fallon made it even more so JARRING. in the fallon vid, fabien joked about not getting the elvis role, stating-the-obvious kind of joke with a little bit of self-deprecation and a perfect delivery, yet jimmy didn’t add anything to it and completely missed it which was a shame. while here olivia shared the director’s note in the same self-deprecating energy and he went along with it, like, you know, an actual conversation. the perfect interviewer, truly

This is a great interviewer. Genuinely trying to get them talking on their own, never forcing a point. And he's not weird or defensive either.
Like when Matt said "I think you used the same question on Brad Pitt" another interviewer could've made it weird like "Aw no I love you, these questions aren't canned, I'm really asking you" but this guy just Chad yes's it "Yeah I reused the question; here's ANOTHER Brad Pitt question I think you'll like" and the conversation transitions smoothe as fuck

I'd like to think, that the Police Officer had in mind to not bring Emma into an uncomfortable situation, as a shutdown road, military including, is really no joke. When it comes to authorities, there is no joking and no specialty. Besides the episode of Kit Harrington and the Police Officer, which is a completely different situation.
That encounter with Kit was one for the ages, of all fan encounters it’s the best, like *On your way Lord Commander* amazing!

In the Sopranos when James Gandolfini goofs "that is not a bill, thats a beak" about Imperioli's nose it is quite funny because you see the hint of truth. that joke to Fabian doesn't land.
