How could you tell that you needed a new one my explorer is making noise from that side. Is that how you determined that it was going out. Thanks

My liftgate goes up automatically but as soon as it reaches the top it come down. Do i need to replace the passenger side or the driver side shock?

@@willlard3981 replaced the passenger side shock, very easy fix and cheap too
