I love Malcolm in this review. He's hilariously creepy. Also, there is an animated movie called Batman and Superman: Battle of the Super Sons, where Superman and Batman's son work together to save the world from an evil mind controlling alien starfish named Starro. There's also a live action series on the CW called Superman and Lois, about Superman and Lois raising their two teenage sons while protecting the Earth from various threats.
I actually saw this movie in theaters when I was a kid, about 7 years old if I remember right. The fact that I completely forgot it existed up until Doug made his NC video on it should say a lot about what an impact it made on me, or lack there of. I don't even know why my mom dragged me and my sibling to it, as she didn't strike me as someone who liked the original Superman movies, even though she likely did see it when she was younger and they first came out. This was my very first introduction to Superman as I remember my Father showing me the Film, while Brandon Route(Which repriced his Role as Superman in the Arrowverse) was cast perfectly the whole movie is a Confusing Mess, the Fact this is a Continuation to the Original 2 Reeves Movies makes it more Questionable just like how the Colors of Superman looks Off, don’t get me Started on how weird and creepy this Movie is with Lex and Especially Superman Stalking on Lois, the Story Concept is basically Weak as they didn’t do anything with the Action and Clark’s Son that’s a Wasted Opportunity, I do love the Bullet Scenes, the Carnivore Dog, and Lex’s Preformances in some Doses and some of the Effects were Cool, all in all a Fine Superman Film but it wasn’t Enough to make the Character Recognizable and let’s face it the Superman Returns Game and X-Men the Last Stand are much Better that this Forgettable Movie, also I love how well done Malcolm was in a Creepy Stalker Mode, it was World Breaking Brilliant Preformance, all that’s left is the Top 11 Dumbest Superman Moments and the 2 Justice League Movies and Doug has 2 Cats, Chaplin and Buster.

The mid-00s were the time of semi-reboots. This movie ignores 3 and 4. TMNT 07 could be seen as a sequel to the 90s movies but it could also be seen as a reboot. Hulk 03 could be seen as a prequel to The Incredible Hulk. However, certain characters that died in that movie appeared alive and well in the MCU.
You asked about the Snyder Cut of _Justice League_ (officially titled _"Zack Snyder's Justice League")?_ It officially streamed on HBOMax on March 18, 2021, after years of people on the internet voicing their support for seeing Zack Snyder's original cut, after WB basically fucked him over after he left to cope with the (suicidal) death of his daughter and they hired Joss Whedon to complete the theatrical cut that was released on November 21, 2017. And _Zack Snyder's Justice League_ is officially 4 hours long, due to the first half serving as necessary build-up and character development (especially for characters who need it). And in case you ask, it's not so much that Snyder's cut is an improvement over the Whedon cut (although, it is); it's actually more of how much of a downgrade the Whedon cut was to what Snyder initially tried to give us.

You *_clearly_* haven't seen the TV show _Superman & Lois._ It's about Clark and Lois as parents to twin sons and they move to Clark's old home town of Smallville so they could be closer together as a family, not only because they tell their kids that their dad is Superman, but also because of one of their boys starts developing Kryptonian powers. And the show is very dramatic, but full of heart. And Tyler Hoechlin's Superman is more or less what I expect from a more modern day Superman.
