Can you do a video on the danish badminton player Marcus Rindshoj that has invented a new serve that makes it practically impossible for the opponent to defend against and opening serve. It isn't an illegal shot (yet) but it might very well become one soon thus it could be interesting to hear about
Will a taller long jump take-off board make me jump further?
Hey there, do you mean staying tall when you hit the takeoff board? it absolutely could help, if you collapse into the takeoff, you will decelerate as you absorb the forces but if you keep upright, your body will be in a better position to recover and transition the horizontal to vertical velocity
@@JumpersJunction I'm asking if a take off board with a height of 30cm will decrease the distance of your jump. Because take off board are usually 10cm or less.
