As an ancient capital of China, Xi'an holds a special place for Chinese cultural wise, including food, which is a very important aspect of a culture. Unfortunately, I've not yet been to Xi'an. Hopefully, I can make the trip next time I'm visiting my family in China.

Xi'an had such tasty food when I was there for school in 2013. I remember the Xi'an jianbing were more crispy than the ones in Beijing.
