Fantastic content. I agree that this is very useful. Your knowledge and explanation of these unique areas are much needed. Lifan makes great machines. This video on the KPX 250 will be very valuable. Thanks for doing this Herbie. All the best to you. Cheers.
This is very useful! I have never seen a video for this. My Hawk DLX has EFI and this will come in handy! Thanks for sharing your experience. God bless.
Thanks Capt, I probably made it easier to use than what it is, takes a little practice to be able to do it without squirting yourself. God bless, my friend
Hello, Sir. My KPR 200 is leaking coolant from the overflow tube under the engine, directly beneath the water pump section. I was wondering if you could make a video on changing the mechanical seal of the water pump. Alternatively, do you know the dimensions of the mechanical seal, such as the inner and outer radius and the thickness? Even if it's not possible for you, I still appreciate all the work you have done in creating such useful videos.
Hello my friend, I had a small drip on my KPR and what I did was to change the coolant to Honda coolant and the drip stopped. You could try that first. I don’t have the KPR anymore but I do have a Kpm with the same engine and at some point I might have to change the water pump out but that won’t be for a while and probably won’t help you right now but I would try changing the fluid especially if you have low miles or kilometers on it.
very interesting .. could you run some Tectron, fuel injector cleaner, in fuel and do something like this.. or is that not recommended for these bikes. :)
@@carl2591 yes you could, although I’m not a big fan of doing that. Techron is a good product and would probably do well at cleaning up an injector although it would take a lot longer but it would be easier for sure. I like to physically see the cleaning effect from cleaning the injector but honestly I don’t think this is something that will need doing very often if ever. My demonstration of this tool was in case a person ever felt like they needed to clean the injector
Hey, I have a question about the kpm200 model there is a little bit of play in my back sprocket does that mean I’m gonna need a new sprocket assembly with the buffer ?????

Hey herbie I recently dropped my bike causing my right turn signal to pop off. Do u have a replacement guide for the turn signals?
@@cherylmason3547 Hello, was it the front or rear turn signal? I don’t have a video on it yet but I could possibly do that for you.
@@herbiesgarage681 front
It was the front signal
@@cherylmason3547 okay

@@bryancrow3890 A little bit of play is normal, if it’s excessive then yes you will need to replace the rubber cushion pucks
