I don't trust that most gas stations are checking their pumps, been adding the Liqui Moly 4T fuel additive and it's worked out pretty well. Bike feels more crisp, I also do a whole bottle of Motul Injector cleaner on a half tank of gas every few thousands miles and do some highway runs.
I think this will solve my issue, as i have been facing the same issue where everything is fine until im about to hit my peak torque 6500rpm where i feel the lag and just hitting the peak torque it pulls again. but in my scene i have a brand new bike which i have messed it up by riding it on jammed rear wheel. im still finger crossed hoping this will end my problem once for all. I have a brand new ZX 10 that makes some weird fluttering/ticking noise at decell at 3KRPM. Dealership told me it was loud injectors. Is that even a real thing? I thought it was cam chain tensioner problem but they said it was not.
@johnharris3335 wow. No definitely not the injectors fluttering lol it could be the tensioner but I'm not sure since bike is not with me. Hopefully you found the solution to your problem 🤙
@blengravers that isn't always an option on some older bikes as they don't make the product any more. Also the pricing is incredible on ordering new injectors sometimes as well leaving this as a great/cheaper option 🤙 thank you for the comment🙏
I bought new injector but i noticed that the nozzle tip is damp/wet when i turn the ignition. Do you think its normal? It will start and run but i am afraid that my cylinder head will flood and it cause hydrolock. Should i buy new injector again or its normal? Sory for my English. Thank you
@whitedove3436 you should have a fuel prime (depending on your bike) when you turn key on. It would be pretty rare occurance that you hydrolock your motor from that but also make sure injector is OEM and new. A lot of knock off injectors have issues since they are not built with the same components as factory 🤙
Getting injectors balanced and clean is so important 💯
