The word "pasta" in italian has multiple meanings, not just food; one of them is a variant of cream having a sort of granular texture, usually a cosmetic product or nonprescription drug.

The bottle says "Rosette Cleansing Paste" at the top. It doesn't say "Pasta", inemuifj simply misread the text. It happens to everyone
It says パスタ in katakana which is read "pasta" so inemuifj did not misread the Japanese. The English says paste so the bottle actually has both written! The brand is Japanese, so パスタ was probably the intended reading.
