interesting to see these old figures and I assume this Atrocitus was an inspiration for the McFarlane BAF version, some similarities, I'm slowly completing the wave only missing Kyle Rayner with the torso

Until McFarlane did that BAF/CNC figure, there hadn't been an Atrocitus figure in a similar scale for many years. Outside of the DCD one and the DCUC Signature Series, the Reds rarely got any focus.

I have and like this one (though he’s boxed away right now due to lack of space). BTW: do you have medical or fitness training? You’re very specific with anatomy.

Despite the figure's flaws, I still like its appearance, especially MOC. The Blackest Night packaging is slick.

And, yes, I have some basic medical training as part of my job, which I never envisioned that I would use to evaluate the validity of little plastic people. Yet, here we are.😅
