“Wood that sings”. Excellent for string musical instruments and bones for mallet percussion instruments. Also superior to teak, and maybe even mahogany. Endangered from over harvest in South America. Trust these logs are legal. Thanks for sharing this beautiful work.
Good grief, what a fantastic looking wood. Mother nature is simply the best! I "wood" love to have those boards for paneling walls. Very well done. Thanks a lot for sharing.
@@ysasada18 What??? Your making plywood out of such beautiful wood? The beautiful coloring and spalting. That would make beautiful instruments, furniture anything. Man what I wouldn't do for a 2' thick slab of that for a guitar body!
No wonder the wood is expensive lots of sap wood i guess they are making whats called micro wood but 4 quarter and 8 quarter ive seem but $ 20 a bd ft is too much working with desert woods here in phoenix almost free millng is costly need a mill.

Anyone know why they flip the logs 1/4 turn after a few passes? Seems to be no reason for it...
To relieve stress in the log. Stress will cause twisting, which will show in uneven thickness in a cut board.
Where this wood saw?
Good lob of cutting wood. Beautiful red color .

Tengo madera de granadillo me gustaría ofrecersela a usted.
Tremendous amount of sap wood... what industry are you cutting for?
I wish a narrator or overprint text would say "we turned the can't over at this point because..."
To relieve the stress causing twisting.
That wood is beautiful.
