What should be my next Rock/ Country / Metal reaction???🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️ Drop it👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽😎
Do one on Chester's rolling in the deep pls...., Btw I was thinking of suggesting you Linkin park...
And will you pls pls listen to Linkin park songs and if you like put their poster behind you
LayedBakDFR PLEASE react to DIMASH "THE SHOW MUST TO GO ON", "SINFUL PASSION", "HELLO" this is C R A Z Y .
If you want to hear a good Linkin Park song, listen to What I Want. It was in the Transformers Movie
Chris Stapleton - I was wrong
"I heard this beat before somewhere" homie what? this song is practically generation defining
that's right
@Peter Richard-Johnson Still I can't believe you can grow up without accidentally listening this song even in 2019
Right. Like everyone heard the #1 song in the world. Whether it was hit me baby one more time or numb or all the small things or country grammar. If it was #1 on the billboard charts u def heard that shit somewhere
jimmie parra did this nigga just say “homie what” stop
Miami Vice
They did a mashup of this with Jay-Z mixing numb with encore
Agreed.... That's probably where
Absolute fire
MTV mashed the entire Black album and a bunch of LP songs I'm pretty sure MTV even released it as an album.
The entire album was goo, Collision Course. They mashed up like 5 or 6 songs.
Also in the dare devil movie or Elektra
If you'd never heard Linkin Park, you still heard of Linkin Park
I feel like Linkin Park is easily one of those bands that have appeared at LEAST once on a non-rock station since they started
@@Brandon2940 at least? They were played up and down on so many radio station back then
@@Gandorhar I know.. which makes it almost impossible fot people to have NOT heard of them
I think it's the other way way around, even if you don't know the name linkin park you've probably seen transformers or heard the 2 big ones
Lol literally a lotta people say they don’t know who this band is then the song comes on and there like oh that’s linkin park
When he said "it wasn't Jay z was it" I wanted to jump through my phone
Actually there is an encore version where jay z hopped on the track (collusion course ). Its sick too. You should go listen to it.
Numb Encore. There was also a version where eminem collabs too.
@@awsafreza4272 The Eminem one was actually a fan made mashup, it just sounded really good lol
I wanted to as well! 😂
Like that movie The Ring right? Lol
RIGHT!!!
I feel bad for you. Going through so many years of your life without knowing Linkin park. I can't imagine my entire life without Linkin park
I could live without them, only like 2 of their songs
I wouldn't be alive without them literally.
no need to feel bad for anyone, i'm sure they were doing great without it too. like who are we to judge someone's life, right?
@@CerberuStyx Most lyrics goes unnoticed because of the instrumentals. But all of their lyrics are on point
same brother, Linkin Park has helped me through so much in my life even to this f-ing day! RIP Chester
I dont know why there were so many haters talking trash on Linkin Park. You had up all amazing songs to pick from. Linkin Park was amazing too. R.I.P. Chester Bennington.
Anyone that trashes Linkin park has no fucking taste in music what so ever. I love music that comes on liquid metal, but I make exceptions for Chester. He was a fucking badass
They dont understand what music truly is.
Anyone who hates Linkin Park got issues that God himself can't fix. #makechesterproud
People just hate on it because all they can think about when they hear it is teenage angst.
Linkin park is not just legendary they stand the test of time hating these guys it’s treason then
The Transformers movie series uses a lot of Linkin Park's music.
Sawyer Holley they only used What I’ve Done and New Divide
Don't forget iridescent
They only used 3 songs
That’s not a lot
But they've never used this as far as I know or am concerned.
Linkin park saved my life as a kid living in an abusive home and wanting to give up and they are the reason I kept going...I am still sad that Chester is gone....RIP Chester
I can relate man; Chester meant more than other musicians, for real
@@aceofspoons8382 yes I agree...its so sad to lose someone like that that meant so much to people
No one was there to save Chester⚘🥀
I feel you man 😢🤧
They saved my life too i tried to kill myself at 17 years old and i did die and was brought back Linkin Park is so significant too my life REST IN PEACE CHESTER! 💕

Me: I bet it was a Naruto AMV.
Elias110194 maybe Bleach?
Lmfao, oh brooooo, you just took me back xD
Elias110194 that’s funny. And true
Dragon balls sayains va broly amv 😭
My first AMV I ever made was dragon ball Z with numb 😂🤘 I'm an OG youtuber been using it since 2005 when it came out and I was 13/14 so AMVS were pet projects when I was bored, in between RuneScape sessions.. I got my DBZ clips and songs from limewire... Showing the age of the interwebz there haha
My biggest AMV was Trunks- Last resort. But when UA-cam muted or banned all my vids due to song SONY copyright I eventually started this account.
Binge watching these reactions right now and your videos are giving a whole new appreciation and perspective on these songs! I love that!
ayyyy same lol
Same
exactly what i thought, music is love - music is life!
Relatable
Ah snap! It’s been a night 👌🏼
dude no offence but the real question is "how didn't you know this song?" lmao
He literally said he did

Thats exactly what i think of, how can someone never heard this song before
I thought everyone know this 'generation defining' song...
Faka Vangchhia He was too busy listening to dumb autotuned rap

Jay z did a collab album with them where they did mashups of their songs together. They did a mashup with this one and jay’s song encore
RIP - Chester Bennington (lead vocalist), one of the most amazing voices I've ever heard!! Sadly, Chester committed suicide in July 2017... just a couple months after his best friend & fellow music legend, Chris Cornell (vocalist from groups - Soundgarden/Audioslave/Temple of the Dog) killed himself in May 2017. Just tragic. RIP 😢
This same type piano melody was also used in the another one of their mega-hits from early 00's, "In The End"... that could be where you're recognizing it from too. Mike Shinoda raps in that one. It's one of my favs from LP... you should ck it out sometime!! Another fantastic hit song of theirs, "What I've Done", was featured in the 'Transformers' movie (plays at very end - starts w/Optimus Prime talking over melody)... HIGHLY recommend this song/video as well!! Their video to this one is deep & meaningful. 🔥🎶🔥
I love all different kinds of music & Linkin Park was a super talented group! 💯 Goosebumps w/these songs...every. single. time! 💕 Even if you can't react to them all, I still encourage you to check out the following LP tracks. Trust me...you WON'T be disappointed! 🔥💯🔥💯🔥💯
- "In The End"
- "What I've Done"
- "Burn It Down"
- "Crawling"
You have great reactions btw!! I really enjoy watching your vids!! 🤟😃👍
Good info..now i hear about it the never notice the piano version.👍
@A Random Guy On The Internet being that i know part of the family. yes its true he did.
@A Random Guy On The Internet lol okay im telling you i know the family and the story. and you are incorrect. mj is a different story
Heavy castle of glass not alone and breaking the habit were my personal favorites
Please don't use the word committed when you say suicide. ..died by suicide instead. Hope u understand and take this positively. #makechesterproud
Laydback : where did I hear this before?
Everyone: the radio?
Encore.
It’s like he wasn’t alive during the early to mid 2000
When this song came out, it played on rock stations, hip hop stations, and the alternative stations ALOT. It’s a great song I even remember going into stores hearing this over the intercom systems. One of their many huge songs for them.
This song was literally everywhere around 2003-2007
MTV, the Grammy's, shopping malls, Jay-Z made an album with Linkin Park and they had Numb-Encore as one of the crossover songs
It's an iconic song and the song of a generation of people because so many people could relate to it
One of my all time favorite songs to listen to anytime or place
It was definitely still being played until 2010
Rip chester bennington gone but never forgotten
Speaking of forgotten, he should react to that song
I've been watching a lot of Layed Bak videos. I love this man's enthusiasm, positivity and passion for music. It's not like the guy just "loves" everything he hears, he just always seems to search for what makes a song great, and find it (of course, people aren't recommending shitty music as a rule, so that helps). This video makes me so, so jealous, honestly. To hear "Numb" or any of LP's other hits again, brand new, would be so fucking awesome.
Chester Bennington took more than just his life from our world. I still occasionally think about him being gone and get a bit sad because of it. May he rest in peace.
Him and his best friend Chris Cornell were making a documentary about child sex trafficking and its prevalence, even in hollyweird. Cornell was murdered and the Chester committed suicide from losing his friend, ever wonder why the documentary never came out?...
@@allhope_lost6448 unfortunately, even if that's 100% true, we won't be able to prove it. I understand completely the implications of both of their deaths. But I'd rather use their deaths to raise awareness about suicide than potentially erroneous theories.
@@sethgaston845 They were very vocal about these things in their later careers, look into it there is lots to read about it. Obviously not everything on the internet is legitimate, you'd be surprised though.
Man I find this youtuber dumb as fk.Throughout his life his life had been "Fk yo bitch yo fk yo bitch yoo hooo, ehhhh, whoooo"kinda songs.I dont think this dumbfuck can ever get what Metal songs try to convey. Its a lot to take but some ppl just cant.
hurts listening to music of artists that got u through times when u were suicidal, cant even describe the feeling
RIP
Truth....
Linkin Park's music has gotten me through some really hard times and I will be eternally grateful to them for that
I know exactly how you feel....so much....
RIP CHESTER ONE OF THE GREATS :(
this song was HUGE, and yes it was also one of the many songs that was mashed up or Remixed with one of Jay-Z songa (Encore i believe). Jay-Z even played this song as a tribute to Chester when he passed away
Ya all over the radio back in the day, i'm sure that's how he remembered it
"Hopefully imma like it" - Oh, you're gonna like it.
Did this guy just said that he never heard numb before?
Vibhor Kumar I can’t believe it because the song has 1billon views on UA-cam
maybe they say that so people will react. i think they're lying about not hearing Linkin Park.
@@neilgabion5836 some people really do that. But this guy seems pretty legit. He even admits often that he recognized it.
I can imagine if you grow up solely in a hip-hop environment you dont hear this kind of music.
Hahaha LOL i heard this song when i school everyday from 2003, before linkin park concert in Indonesia..
Check out the mash up with Jay-Z & Linkin Park "Encore/Numb". That's the one you're thinking of
Yep! a legendary smashup!
To be honest, I'm not surprised you heard this before, this song was HUGE! Played everywhere on release.
"I heard this somewhere before" My guy the videos at over a billion views and defined a generation
That was a song that was major part of a generation's music.
I'm happy you're enjoying them.
You should check out Jigga What / Faint that collab was insane.
The reason Linkin Park gets so much hate is because they blew up massively with their sound. Broke records and become massively successful in the Metal / Rock genre (Nu-Metal if you want to sub categorise it.)
And people can't stand something they think is mainstream. As soon as something becomes successful it's too mainstream for them when they never got or get airplay on most radio stations.
It's sad. The hate is purely based on people who haven't listened to their albums or music but hate because hating on them was a "cool" thing to do.
God damn. Gotta hate those people who make a craft work and get successful huh?
Ikr something being "mainstream" doesn't mean shit to me if I like it I like it and other people's opinions don't influence my decision
Jigga What/Faint was amazing, but I already loved Faint alone so was bound to like it.
Linking Park was brings back feelings of the past for me. Maybe bc it’s all I had on repeat 2001/2002
Aimee L yup lol
Yo really appreciate you getting out of your comfort zone and listening to a wider variety of genres. One of my favorite things about these types of music reaction videos it to see people excited to experience something new and see how impressed they are with a genre of music they may not have cared much for in the past
Love your channel, keep up the awesome job brother! RIP Chester 🙏
Rip Chester ! The best voice I’ve ever heard ! Amazing song !
Did you ever listen to evanescence or disturbed?
@@saintmatthias8187 they r ok. But chester is on another level of vocals.
@@mxt217 so is Amy Lee and David draiman. They are on par with Chester. I know a few singers that have powerful voices. I've been around for a good while. So I have heard many songs and many types of music. I know of at least 14 singers/musicians/artists that are on par with each other. It's not always about the voice though. The content and context of the song makes all the difference.
@@saintmatthias8187 linkin park songs r prob the hardest to sing ever. Vocally. None of those singers could sing lP song 2-4 days a week. Espcially given up where i’m 2007 and 08 he would scream the 16 second part a lot (not every time but most) Chester could cover a song better then the original. But no singer ever could sing a lp song better then chester. He’s sang for 25 years.
One Step Closer and Crawling from Linkin Park are awesome as well!!!!
*any song linkin park every made
sorry correction.. the new album was shit. anything before the newest album
Kal breaking the habit castle of glass not alone and heavy are my favorites

Going back to this reaction just to hear Chester's incredible voice again, the things I would do to bring him back should not be spoken miss him so much 😥 Rest in peace king ❤
So glad you did this song, i grew up on Linkin Park. RIP Chester, great band who was able to connect with a little part of everyone
You Should React to #In the end 😍
This song gives me chills. One of my all-time favorites
Man, your face when you hear a riff you like! It's priceless!! 😄 love your channel!!
Love Linkin Park RIP Chester #makechesterproud
Jay-Z and Linkin Park did a mash up album called collision course. Amazing collab. Check it out.
though i listen to Linkin Park every so often, i hadn't seen a video of them in a while.
and seeing Chester so young from back in their 2nd album, damn! it hit me!
RIP Chester. My world will never be the same without your music.
RIP Chester. A true legend and a victim of childhood abuse. You will not be forgotten.
R.I.P #Chester big fan of #LP
Dude you got me spontaneous yelling out "Aaaaaaaaaay" since I started watching a dozen or so of your videos.... Keep it up bro
This is the first of your videos I have seen. I don't normally go for reaction videos from people outside of a classical training genre, but I actually enjoyed you. I think I will subscribe. I won't be a terribly consistent viewer, but when I want a reaction outside of the classically trained, I will definitely hit your channel.
By the way, I found it hilarious when you asked if it was Jay Z. I may be classically trained, but I'm a Linkin Park fan from back in the day, and their mash up album made me fall in love with Jay Z. That was great dude.
Dude you gotta do Jay-Z and Linkin Park - Points of Authority/99 Problem/One Step Closer live in 2004 you’ll love it
Yes, 💯
Good news

Jim Hendrix's version of "All Along the Watchtower" is a truly, legendary guitar rock song!!
Loved when hollywood Hogan walked out to it
@Joseph Harding I am also glad you are still with us. I pray you continue to fight this struggle so that you stay with us. When I went thru my darkest time, I would put my headphones on with Linkin Park blasting the pain away (or at least my aggression) until I calmed down. It was the only music at the time that could reach me.
I remember as an 8 year old my older brothers were big into music and "in the end" was the first song I like enough as a child to consciously ask the name for it. And "numb" I can remember being the second one I really listened to, after that I fell down the magical rabbit of hole of music as well and it's all history now. I cannot express in words the warm nostalgic feeling I get watching someone feel the same ways I felt when listening to all these "old" rock bands for the first time as a child. This music stuff really is transcendent. God bless.
Chester had the voice! RIP Chester...They were awesome in concert!
That’s when music was the best!
I really can appreciate the positive and relaxed vibe from this channel. Plus it's interesting to see a reaction to one of Linkin Park's older hits. Even though he didn't recognize it you can tell he enjoyed it. There will never be another Chester or another band like LP.
Love your positive look on life it's hard to do so with too much hate and haters everywhere, much love and many blessings in all you do, keep spreading the love and positive outlook in life
Thank you! I pray you stay on this journey with me 🙏🏽🙏🏽
Rest in peace Chester Bennington and my prayers and condolences to everyone close to him, even two years later. I found out about the band late 2018, and he committed suicide July 20th 2017, but it hits as hard as ever
Jay-Z Collaborated with LP...need to reaction to papercut and one more light rip Chester 😔😔😔😔
Love Love this song. Powerful. Rip Chester 🙏
im so happy your channel popped off man, youre the sweetest music channel man, i dont like that beef shit with scru but honestly man u are better that man. road to 10 mill subs
They did a mashup with JZ and encore, this is also their #1 hit I think so there's no way you couldn't have heard it before.
Do Given Up by Linkin Park love at the AOL Session. Chester goes insane. Worth the reaction. RIP Chester
I had the EXACT same reaction to hearing this song about 6 years ago. Spotify recommends Linkin Park to me, and I listened to Lost In The Echo, In My Remains and Burn It Down. I thought they were cool songs so I went to the artist page and looked at the top songs. In The End and Numb. And immediately I knew I had heard them before. I dont remember them, but they had definitely been on the TV, when I was very young. And I realised that I'd hit on something good. That the music could stay so vividly in my mind despite me not even knowing it existed, meant that it was something special. I listened to every song Linkin Park had, even a few underground hits. They are my favourite band. I have 1300 songs on my spotify and NOT ONE can I honestly place above Numb. It is a perfect song imo. Chester is undeniably talented and it was so sad to lose him. When they did the concert in memory of him, and it got to Numb, and they stuck a microphone with a wreath and had the band play the song, but it was the audience that sang the song and they sang so loud and with so much passion, it was like Chester was actually there, and I guess in spirit he was. This song is so meaningful on so many levels, as music and personally, and I am so glad I found it when I did.
I have been a Linkin Park fan for 20 years and I want to thank you for this reaction. It has gotten me to listening to Linkin Park again after 3 years since Chester Bennington passed away.

In The End & Numb are my top 2 Linkin Park favs!! I've always related to the lyrics with my parents. 😔
Yes this beat wast Numb/Encore with LP and J. You need to go back to Papercut and their first album. Mike Shinoda actually has some bars. They also did music for the Transformers music. They've been around for 25 years you have def. heard them before somewhere. Chester was also in a few movies like Saw and Transporter. Music and love to them from around the world. Thank you for appreciating them. RIP Chester Charles Bennington.
You should do a reaction to Jay Z and Linkin Parks remix to this. It's from the album Collision Course. Encore/Numb. Probably where you heard this in the first place.
Subscribed. I love your reaction for all Linkin Park. I'm one of their biggest fan. 👌👍👍
What a voice he had .. angelic, and that demonic scream😻
You've heard it before, because everyone's heard of Linkin Park 😉 But you're partially right. Jay-Z did record that "Do You Want More" with these guys. Literally every song off their Minutes to Midnight and Hybrid Theory albums are amazing.
Well I'm a bit late lol but this song played in Transformers:The dark side of the moon.
Everytime I hear this song the movie pops right in my head😂
No, that wasn't "Numb", that was "Iridescent"
Linkin Park literally got me through basic training. I bought it at the commissary simply because I liked the album cover art. I had no idea it would be my favorite album of all time, to this day. I literally loved every song on hybrid theory.
This was one of my favorite lyrics from lp. I relate to it
RIP Chester Legend:( You should watch Linkin Park-Crawling or In the end.
One step closer by linkin park. You wont regret it
Love that song
Edit: well I love the whole hybrid theory album
How could you not have heard this before? I can’t imagine my life without their music
This was my son’s favorite band around 2004 and 2005 when he was in junior high school. They’ve got some really good music and I like their different sound.
You prbly know it from a remix called Numb Encore Remix with Jay-Z
Yeah it was Jayz he did an entire album remixing their songs with them. this song is especially rough because he was always melancholy and ended up killing himself :(
on a side note the rapper in this band had a rap album. he goes by fort minor. there were a few gems in it though honestly nothing amazing.

They did a mash-up with Jay-Z called collision course. It was mostly done by Mike (the guy on the piano). They had a LOT of fun working together and made some bangers.
This featured in the movie 2006 Miami Vice with Colin Farrell and Jamie Fox! I remember it being the club scene and possibly the trailer which is where I heard it before I knew it was one of Linkin Parks songs!
