AMY WINEHOUSE & the Dap-Kings 🎼 Full Live Set with recordings from January to June 2007 ⚓️🇺🇸🇨🇦

The musicians behind Amy Winehouse's best-known record 'Back To Black' were the american soul/funk/RnB-band, the Dap-Kings. Signed to the New York-based record label Daptone records, the group released their debut album in 2002, which would later be followed by six more studio records and made them become a flagship of the old-school 60s sound revival.
On Amy's second, and partly also third, posthumous studio album, they played the instrumental part and accompanied her on north american soil live in the first half of 2007. Enjoy a set of 12 songs from seven different gigs during that period of time.

Yeah, I thought about that too, but to be honest, I prefer the versions played with the european band. The jazzier sound fits Cherry a bit better in my opinion…

There are a couple of recordings on UA-cam, including Love Is A Losing Game and low-quality fan footage of Tears Dry On Their Own. But unfortunately that's it…

Big thanks to Taylor swift i thank her for helping me find one of Amys fave kebab shops Kentish delight which i presumed had closed down long ago ,but no its still here and looks exactly the same as when she went in 07-08 ish.Amy was often pictured here but i coudnt work out the name from google pics etc.
