2001 Volkswagen Passat No Crank-No Start, No Comm. with Comfort System

working on a 2001 vw Passat with a 1.8t, cust complaint the veh does not start and the veh does not crank, somebody was here before us, the carpet is already lifted and the comfort module has been replaced, why is this relevant? because the comfort module controls the start relay. sure enough there is no communication with the comfort module, I hope you enjoy this video and thanks for watching.
